[member="Lilin Imperieuse"] is my main and definitely the easiest to write at the moment.

[member="Thel Rhysode"] is my aspiring next main character and would require development.

[member="Aaron Elkar"] doesn't need a lot of work, just people to meet.

[member="Aneya Maev"] is my newest character and definitely needs the most action and development.

So I guess it'll be a tie between Lilin and Aneya. I think I'll choose the latter this time if you don't have any objections.
