The Royal Council of War
The Royal War Council is a group of the highest ranking military officers in the entire Royal Military who lead their respective branches. In times and during all Affairs involving war or military action it is the responsibility of the War Council to provide their collective wisdom, intelligence, and strategic skills in advising the God-King and the Prime Designate on the best course of action forward. The Royal War Council is also the group who decides most global changes that'll effect all of the military as a whole such as the recruitment efforts of the Cassividean System, major military rearmament and supply operations, overseeing military doctrine and the creation of major campaigns in times of war.
The Emperor acts as the de jure leader of this council and has full power to assemble, and end a meeting as well as disband this council. The Crown Prince is the de facto leader who often sits in and represents the God-Kings word and will especially if the God-King cannot attend. Additionally in the event of the absence of the God-King and his declared heir only the War Council is gifted with a number of executive powers normally granted to royalty until such an heir can be located and placed in power.
