So yeah... Seeing that no one's been willing to claim either Vitor or Circe, I figured I might as well start a plot for at least the former. As such, Mirror Vitor's been living in the wasteland of what had once been Zahat'n'ira for a decade or so now. If anyone wishes to visit him, interact with him, or otherwise be involved with him, I'd be more than willing to get a story going.
