The test itself is really simple as it is just a blood test usually but seeing how well the force flows through you that will be something else.

I presume spending time in conversation with Jedi Knights, with perhaps an unintentional demonstration of Jedi Reflexes, and a Midichlorian test would weigh up your characters ability to join the Jedi.
Once that's determined, I can only take a well educated guess that by test you mean bringing your character before the council in a manner similar to Anakin in the Phantom Menace?
