Basically the title. Evard's been floating around unused for a while, and now that my muse for him is back, sh*t's gonna go down. He's a short blonde guy with a couple of phrik limbs and a Nubian yacht modified for heavy combat. He's also pretty good with disguises. He's technically force sensitive, but he uses so much energy to keep the Sith in his brain contained that he can barely even move things with the Force.
