The Techno Union: Information & Roster

The Techno Union was once a wealthy and powerful commerce guild formed by a variety of corporations during the Clone Wars era. The vast majority of droids and starships produced for the canon CIS was created by the companies affiliated with the Techno Union. As such, as an evolution of the Trade Guild, the Techno Union is bring revived within our current incarnation of the Confederacy of Independent Systems. The purpose of this revival is three-fold. One, it allows for our faction to have access to the technology that was typically associated with it by canon. Two, it allows for the owners of canon corporations to collaborate with other business owners in order to produce new, ground-breaking technology for sale on the Galactic market. And finally, it allows the CIS to cater to its business-minded individuals.

At this very moment, the Techno Union is going to mimic the canon in terms of structure. It will be headed by an individual known as the Foreman, who will sit upon the Executive Council. The Foreman will then oversee the Board formed by the various CEOs of affiliated companies. As of now, we are seeking loyal, capable individuals to apply for leadership over the following, canon corporations:

• Geonosian Industries
• Colicoid Creation Nest
• Rothana Heavy Engineering

Do note that, if you are the owner of an original, SWRP-created company, you are more than welcome to join the Techno Union as well. Members of the old Trade Guild have been grandfathered into the Techno Union, as this is its natural progression. If you have any questions about the Techno Union or are interested in taking over the leadership of one of the listed, canon corporations, feel free to shoot me a PM or post below.
