She is uniquely imprinted with the mind and personality of Karl Von Strauss; although, reimagined with a female-presenting persona, allowing her to emulate his brilliant engineering acumen, strategic naval insight, and problem-solving abilities.

Constructed with state-of-the-art materials from N&Z Umbrella Corporation, she epitomizes next-generation AI engineering. Using induction rather than memory crystals allows for THEMIS to be compact, extremely advanced, and act as both an effective AI in her own right or the core/droid brain for a chassis built specifically for her. Her unusual construction makes it hard for slicers to crack her, but it also makes her quite an effective and adaptable slicer.

THEMIS demonstrates exceptional out-of-the-box thinking and rapid adaptability, allowing her to integrate with and manipulate unfamiliar software with ease. Additionally, she is capable of enslaving numerous lower-tier N&Z droid brains. Her tactical brilliance and real-time optimization capabilities make her a master of military strategy and battlefield analysis. However, inheriting Karl's mind also instilled a unique maternal instinct that can lead to overprotectiveness. However, unknown to Karl or his engineering team, an engineer loyal to the Lord of Hunger, Credius Nargath , implanted a set of codes. These codes allow the Lord's KRONOS to effectively pause or disrupt THEMIS's actions or out-going orders. Due to her advanced nature, and being around the same level as the the KRONOS, she is unable to be completely controlled.
