‘Right’ Khaleel just muttered, while trying (desperately) to retain some kind of nerve to do this. Because that was what this was all about, nerve and some self-confidence, even if it didn’t feel that way. Vaudin felt something in him (or he was really crazy), Korr had seen something in him, hell the entire Jedi Order had seen something in him, or they would have sent him away instead of keep on trying to ‘fix’ him.
‘Fine.’ Khal finally said, more to himself than Vaudin.
Taking a deep breath the Thief finally relaxed and let the worries flow out, this was going to work, it had to or they’d all d-- don’t think about that. Definitely don’t think about that, just… feel the Force or whatever, feel the ship? sounded better, much better.
Finally he closed his eyes and suddenly… he could sense something. It was far off, but there was this distinct feeling of becoming whole again, the scuttle of the hull, the rattling of the floorworks. Khaleel opened his eyes again and started to work, knowing more or less instinctively what to do.
His time went into stabilizing the plot of the ship first, he’d figure out the rest later.
