I prefer most discussion to be out in the open with members so ideas can be tested and fleshed out.

However, if you want to put something out to the rest of the faction staff before the membership, or discuss invasion matters in private, this is the forum for it!

Keep staff chat off skype as much as possible as not everyone will be on there.

I feel that this is the best possible idea. While we hash things out in chat sometimes, it gets lost on other people who are smart and don't go on skype (Looking at you, @Phade).

Any concepts for MAJOR Faction work (invasions, large scale projects that may affect galactic standing) Should come through here, and get a majority pass.
