This is Major Tom to Ground Control. - Republic Dominion of Commenor

Alarice tapped into the communications control panel herself, looking to Lieutenant Savrin - she nodded softly as he motioned to her. "It's all yours ma'am."

The holofigure of [member="Graxin Rade"] would appear before her, as well as the Governor of Commenor. "Governor, This Alarice Mollari of the 7th Fleet. We have secured the outer markers and appeared to have captured several vessels that were carrying contraband - potentially government treasures." She looked to the chronos and then back to the Governor and then [member="Graxin Rade"]. "I formally request that you send a message to the people of Commenor, that the Republic is here and we're sending as much aid and relief to the ground as possible." She paused once more, again examining another side screen at the various reports to ensure accuracy of her statements. "This incident is widespread throughout Republic space and we're doing what we can to ensure stability and security for all citizens of the Republic."

She looked to Rade once more. "Ensure their safety while he calms his people, relief dropships are inbound with additional forces."

Her figure would turn towards that of [member="Friedrich Stahlmann"], giving the man a curt nod - "Well done Admiral, as expected. I believe we can leave behind a few vessels to secure the perimeter while we gather the primary force and head towards secondary and tertiary objectives." She pointed to the known Galaxy map and the various points of conflict.

After that incident, Falwar and Sabena along with the rest of the group kept walking down the street toward the hospital. Falwar had a stern look on his face that concerned Sabena.

Then, Sabena’s eyes twitched. She began to rub the temple of her forehead. She thought that the headache was not much.

Another twitch. Sabena stopped walking forward. Falwar stopped as well and turned to Sabena.

“Are you alright, Padawan Shai?” asked Falwar.

Sabena took several seconds before calmly answering, “Yes, I’m alright.”

Blinking several times, Sabena’s hand lowered from her head. She looked up to see a group of ten people walking down the street from the hospital. Some of these people carried torches.

At that moment, a call from the Republic comm systems said that Republic tanks had landed, and there were two near [member="Graxin Rade"] and the capital building. Several tanks were bound to reach the street between the hospital and office building.

Yet, Sabena, Falwar, and the rest of the group had to deal with this band of strange rioters before them.

Aaralyn nodded softly to [member="Uri Aureleos"] and brought a hand up to gently grasp his shoulder. "Thank you for your hard work down here and thank the Force you're alright." She smiled softly as she let go and pressed on past him, the two Troopers nodded to the Jedi Padawan as they hauled the crates with the medical supplies down the hall behind Aaralyn - it would be a short job and through several doors before they reached [member="Avalore Eden"]. The sounds of wailing individuals, babies crying and death throes caught the attention of Aaralyn - causing her to grimace.

"Sounds like you got your hands full..." She spoke up, coming up behind Avalore with her arms crossed. "I'm told you could use some supplies..."

He'd be going through this blockade on his own, by the looks of it. So be it. He reached up and pulled at the top crate, grunting at the effort until it slipped off its perch and fell to the floor with a crash, narrowly evading his foot. That was too close. He studied the gap. Still to small to get through, so set to work moving another one, pushing it aside as much as possible before squeezing through the gap into the second hospital floor. The squad coming down from below met him at the stairs, with them giving him quick salutes, and support personnel followed close behind with hoversleds of supplies.

Kiyron pointed them inwards and followed along behind, looking for whomever was in charge of the hospital. He activated the comm again.

"Get me a sitrep planetwide."

"Things are settling down, Colonel," The reply came, "Diplomates have been reached and most of the rioting has been calmed."

"Excellent. I'll ensure things are calm here and return to the fleet. Most of the division will stay to secure the city. I want two platoons of reserves with me for whatever's next."

"Understood, sir."

He strode to where the Jedi were at. "Ground and upper floors secure. Main entrance locked down tight. Shouldn't be many other issues now."

"Copy." Was his answer to the Admiral.

He strode forth through the fire line, ignoring the jeering and cries of panic from the crowd. He looked less like a Jedi, and more akin to a warrior from the books of old. It wasn't a comforting site to the native people.

He paused at the steps alongside the governor.

"I assume you, the Republic and the Jedi Council are doing all they can to help your people." He said in greeting.

"I would hope so. We worked with your senate for a reason after all..."

Regardless, Graxin shook the older man's hand. The governor smiled, and turned to walk up the steps.

Graxin did not follow. He stood atop the steps, and upped the volume of his external speakers. He would be the voice of the Republic here if needed.

"To the good people of Commenor, I promise you, we are doing everything we can to provide aid after this tragedy." The jeering died down to a low murmur. "Your situation is not unique to yourselves. Across the galaxy, people have disappeared. We have all lost family and friends to this disaster."

A moment's hesitation brought the crowd to silence.

"I have lost my mother and step-father. We have all been effected. I beg of you, please give us the time and resources we need to investigate what has happened. There can be no solution amidst the chaos."

“Indeed. My forces have landed and occupied most of the southern population centres. Only light control, but for now that is all that’s needed. We’re rallying the local militias so they can take over the role. Fortunately this vanishing seems to be largely random, and many places still have government officials and leaders in place.”

The Admiral sighed. “Once everything is secured here I will take the Righteous back to dock and see if the Destiny is ready for action. And you, Admiral?”

"Oh thank goodness," Avalore said from behind a patient she was currently tending to - a broken arm now splinted and applied with the last few bacta patches she could find in the hospital available to them, "good job Uri, now come help these people."

"You're a Saint, Master Rekali, just have them set the supplies over there -" she pointed to a corner towards the back where an empty counter sat invitingly.

Brow knit upwards, Avalore finished tying off the gauze that would hold the bacta patches in place. A reassuring pat was given to the patient before she carefully moved back to where [member="Aaralyn Rekali"] now stood, "My comm unit's on the fritz and I've been experiencing some weird ...uh... issues with the Force. Please tell me it's not just me..." the frown on the Healer's face was a strangely hopeful one. Ever since her first visit here to Commenor she felt she'd been cursed. These recent developments did nothing to help that worry.

"I will head to Alderaan, perhaps you can head to Manaan and assist the forces there?" She nodded softly and examined the map. "But perhaps there is another spot that has attracted my attention." She gestured on the map towards Cato Neimoidia. "I will bring the Remembrance class out of dock, the Dauntless to be exact." She nodded softly.

She would come to attention and salute the man on the other end. "Good luck Admiral, and may the Force be with you."

Aaralyn chuckled softly and made a gesture in mid-air. "I'm far from it Master Eden." She looked down at her comlink, hitting the blinking light.

"Yes, Admiral." She said softly.

The voice of Admiral Mollari would come through, crystal clear now that communications in this particular area of the region had been reestablished. "Master Rekali, I'm headed to Cato Neimoidia next - care to join me?"

Alarice chuckled softly and nodded eagerly. "Of course Admiral, give me a few minutes to finish securing things down here and I'll be right up." She looked to [member="Avalore Eden"] and shook her head. "Long-range communications seems to be knocked out for the most part - we've managed to reestablish planetary communications but nothing." She sighed heavily. "We don't yet know the extent of this event or what exactly is going on, you know, where everyone has gone." She brought a hand up and waved it slightly in the air. "The Force doesn't feel right, you know?"

She shook her head and lowered her hand. "But I mustn't waste time, we have to head to Cato and check on things there..."

[member="Alarice Mollari"]
“And with you. I will head to Manaan and this time the Republic will regain it.”

Manaan had deep significance for him. It was the site of his greatest victory, yet it was one in vain as the Sith had prevailed despite his efforts.

“Helm, set a course for Manaan…and send for the rest of the 2nd Fleet.”

Kiyron stood watch as his squad began ferrying further supplies down in, setting them down where the Jedi healer who had been barricaded in had said. His work here, for the most part was done. Time to move to the next objective. He wasn't sure where that was quite yet. But he would find out.

He turned to the squad, "Stay here and assist the Jedi. I'll return to the fleet and communicate with command there." The sergeant nodded, and barked a few orders before saluting. Kiyron returned the salute, dropped it, and went up the stairs, slinging his rifle over his back to join the sniper rifle there.

He paused at the dropship as the pilot ran out and handed him a datapad. He frowned and turned it on, studying it. His jaw dropped and he hurried into the dropship, the pilot right behind him.

"Orders, Colonel?"

Kiyron considered.

"Get me to the 5th fleet. Send t a dispatch calling all remaining Rogue reserves and what's left of Sword corps to join me there."

A fierce light shone in his eyes and he released a wolfish grin.

They were going back to Alderaan. The boarding ramp close and the dropship lifted up from the ground, arcing through the sky to the fleets above.

Uri did as he was told taking a medkit and then finding a place beside a moaning man. He turned however when he heard her speak again. He was surprised at Master Eden's words about the force. He had felt it too. "Master Eden, I went to the roof to see if I could sense Master Raaf," Uri admited. "The force felt as tho someone had poked holes in it. I don't know if is my connection to the force or my anxieties playing tricks on me, but I feel as though my master and many more of my friends are no longer in this galaxy." Uri paused then went back to tending to the man that was in front of him.

It was easier said than done. Choli would wring her hand around her hydrospanner. None the less, knowing he was here brought a measure a calm. Always better to be with someone you knew; and if her master was here, all the better.

More confusion would wash over her face. What did he mean best to not rely on the Force?

"What do you mean Master Morlandt? To not rely on the Force?" that went against what the Jedi taught; to rely on it. Now she was just plain confused.

'And what do we do now?!"

All these revelations were quite bothersome. Avalore's frown deepened as she listened to [member="Aaralyn Rekali"]'s feedback on current events. So things in the Force were weird for her too? That made her feel a smidgen better and then the Padawan spoke up.

"This is all very... troubling," she admitted, looking around at the sick and wounded and still managing to feel helpless. They weren't helpless, but the strangeness of everything had placed a terrible onus on her thoughts. Her attention pulled back to Rekali.

"To Cato? I would come with you but I'm afraid I might be needed more here. If people have vanished elsewhere, then it will be the ruling Purse Council you'll want to get in touch with on Cato."

His hand slipped from her shoulder, returning to his side, then into a pocket as had become horribly habitual at some point; a small, insignificant thing that escaped his notice as other things constantly weighed on him. Again, that pity wrinkled in, and was gone as soon as it came.

"The Force... it's wildly in flux. Erratic, temperamental. Some moments it's there within reach, but more often it isn't, and the moments it is, Choli, it's either barely there or too powerful to be managed. The intention of a simple push could either become obliterating, or..." a faint grimace, "...nothing may happen at all."

A vague upturn of his lips presented itself, and it managed to wrinkle at the corners of his now-narrowed eyes.

"I can barely sense you in front of me, lass. When I got off the 'Hawk, I couldn't feel you at all. Tell me, what can you feel of me?"

The distant words of [member="Graxin Rade"] could be just barely made out. Yet, Falwar and Sabena were more concerned about the group of ten rioters before them. Falwar and Sabena were the only Jedi and they were assisted by a collection of five soldiers and security forces.

“Ready yourselves,” said Falwar as he stretched out his hand toward the rioters.

“Kill them all!” screamed one of the rioters as they began to charge.

Falwar used the Force to attempt to push the rioters to the ground with telekinesis. He succeeded as all ten of the rioters plummeted face first into the duracrete. Yet, Falwar did not move after that. Sabena readied herself for combat.

A shot rang out from one of the rioter’s blasters. A blaster bolt pierced Falwar’s chest. He still did not react as the life in his eyes drained.

Sabena screamed out, “No!”

But before she could move, the fight began as the rioters began to pick themselves back up.
