Exactly what the title says. Jasper's sort of a vagabond, and can be anywhere you want him to show up. Just don't give him catnip unless you inexplicably want a grown man with a tail and cat ears rolling around on the ground next to you.

Oh, he's also Force Sensitive and is actually channeling Screams of various magnitudes through the guitar. He just doesn't know that it's him and not the guitar. Would be nice to eventually have somebody look into his mind and go "oh fuck, you're gonna Force Scream at me."
