Three Birds, One Stone. (Darth Ferus)

Valtryx thought she was about to catch him off guard, yet instead a push hit her square on. Stumbling backwards, it would take only a few seconds for her to regain her stance. However, it would relax slightly, replaced by something more casual. "Well, I nearly had you. Again." She smirked, convinced that one of these days she'd win in a fight. "Seems you're getting rusty." Her humor increased, finding the situation all too funny. "In all seriousness, I do like Makashi." Another spin of her blade, and this time she watched it.

She loved doing that.

"Mmhmm. Makashi is one of the best forms for defense against the Force you know. That will be something else you will have to work on." Turning his saber off, he would hook it onto his belt. "Like right now, actually." With a grin he would bring up his hands, the force brimming around his fingers. "This time its all about defense, get ready."

Another spin of her blade and Valtryx would assume a defensive stance. "Bring it." She grinned, awaiting the first of Krest's attacks. To be honest, she hadn't much idea how such an elegant and lightsaber-focused form could defend against force powers, but she would damn well try. She was a fighter, and she wasn't going to be defeated by something she didn't yet know.

Bringing his hands about he would launch some force pushes for her form, each in rapid succession as he was trying to knock [member="Darth Valtryx"] down. He, of course, wouldn't really move as this was just the process of training for force defense, but the grin on his face simply showed his love for battle. The blasts themselves wouldn't be enough to harm Valtryx though, but just enough to knock her on her rump if she wasn't careful.

Shifting aside from each push, Valtryx would weave around the blasts. Small force barriers would conjure at her will at some points, ensuring the attacks did not reach her body. The whole time she kept a steady and elegant pace towards the zabrak, before finally reaching him. However, just before she would claim victory and aim her blade at his throat, a final push hit her stomach. Stumbling backwards, she would regain her footing quickly. Now she was back where she started, giving an annoyed sigh. "So close..." She frowned, obviously unhappy at her failure.

[member="Darth Ferus"]

"Ah, but close means nothing I'm afraid my love." He offered a slight wink before resetting himself, once more holding his hands to his sides. "However, you have done quite a lot as it is. Learned quite a bit. I suggest you take a break, think about what I have shown you. After that, we can continue." Ever the master Ferus was, but of course he had another reason for wanting her to take a break. He didn't want to put too much strain on her and his soon to be child after all.

"If you insist," Valtryx switched off her lightsaber, holstering it on her belt. Straightening out her coat, she shook her head slightly with a smile. "You shouldn't worry too much. The real problem will be after it's born." Her arms crossed in front of her, as she seemed to be in deep thought. "The child will have to be well protected, well trained. We can't take any chances of it being corrupted by Jedi or... even worse... Alexandra and her people." A genuine pang of hate surfaced inside the woman, yet she kept it under control as she was trained. It emitted through her aura though, something she rarely bothered to suppress as Ferus did.

"No one will take our child without having to go through me first. And I can assure you, there will be no one able to get past." His tone was dark at this point, angry at the thought of a possible kidnapping. Those even with the idea of such a task would find his blade through their hearts. A fist would clench tight as his skin would begin to darken. That was part of his tattoo of the One Sith after all. As he got angry, his skin would turn black. But a sigh would escape Ferus's lips as he let himself calm. The child was not in danger yet, and hopefully that wouldn't change.

"What do you think we should name it?" He would settle his gaze onto [member="Darth Valtryx"] , raising a brow. He was curious what she would think.

"I... hadn't thought about a name..." Valtryx's head lowered in thought, her hand resting upon her stomach. She had been so busy with training and her duties as a Sith that she had neglected giving thought into the details of her child. A multitude of names ran through her head, both male and female, but none of them seemed to fit. She had no idea... Well, maybe one...

"We both know it's going to be a half-breed... So why not name it after someone well-known from Dathomir? I'm not sure if it would be suitable but... Asajj was a skilled assassin, that's if it is to be a girl though. As for a boy, I have no idea. You could handle boy names, since you are one." Her head was buzzing with ideas, but none of them seemed good enough. Her child was going to be strong, skilled and powerful in the force. They would inherit the power that Valtryx was to amass, in the event of her transfers failing. A plan B was always needed...

"What do you think?"

[member="Darth Ferus"]

[member="Darth Valtryx"] would get a raised eyebrow as the red man thought over the name. Asajj was a powerful Dathomarian, and it was true that the child would become a powerful fighter herself. A grin would form on his own face as he nodded slowly. "Asajj sounds perfect. As for a male name, well... I've no idea." He would offer her a shrug. Ferus was never good with names after all.
