Strengths: Strong Painkiller - 'Thurinphine' is a powerful painkiller, if used in the right dosage it is capable of quickly nullifying even the worst levels of pain.
Fast Acting - 'Thurinphine' is designed to be absorbed into the body very quickly. The highest dosages of 'Thurinphine' typically begin to take affect in a little over three minutes, while more common doses take around six or seven.
Weaknesses: Dangerous in High Doses- In high doses, such as the dosage sized often used for recreational purposes, 'Thurinphine' can be very dangerous. If too much is taken, symptoms can range from trouble breathing, vomiting, severe hallucinations and diarhea to seizures, coma and death.

The smallest dose is typically prescribed to patients after surgeries or moderate injuries and is quite good at keeping pain levels minimal. The second dose is designed either for major injuries in a hospital setting or for battlefeild medics to use on injured soldiers to keep them stable and prevent them from going into pain-induced shock before they manage to get to saftey. The third dosage size 'Thurinphine' is made in is the most dangerous- It is said to be used for 'extreme pain in hospital settings', however this is the dosage that would be most coveted on the black market for recreational purposes, despite it's dangers.
