To boldy go where no one has gone... In the last couple hundred years (Jedi/OP/Domino joint project)

Sargon simply was a bit besides himself at the moment. He had a shiny new title and had received orders to lead a pair of permanence class battleships to met a man who's apparent occupation was piracy. From what he understood he would be a part of a larger armada going forth into a part of the galaxy which hadn't been explored in years. He was also to gather up every single piece of intelligence there he could get his hands on. He also understood that if so much as the paint was scratched on either of these ships he could pretty much never return.

He wasn't a navy man so on the positive it was a good learning opportunity for him. On the other end he was also going to have to hob knob possibly with some minor political wigs from other government. He was hoping this would all be avoided, but he wasn't a gambling man. At least by request the 121st legion had gotten pulled for duty on this trip.

As the alarm rang a single low note to let the ship know they were coming out of hyperspace Sargon watched space reform into its much more natural semblance. Then he simply stared out at the armada arrayed before them. The entire idea of exploration armada went right out the window as far as he was concerned. No on brought this kind of fire power and support together for a mission to see what was on the other side of the hill, unless they planned on burning down a house there.

Opening a channel Sargon announced their friendly presence to the assorted ships. ::This is Sargon Vynea of the Fringe. We've come as request to join the expedition.::

Iella waited for the pleasantries to end, before she answered Michael.

"Bascially, Master Syn has ascertained information, from a friend, of the location of the star destroyers: The black Hex Class ships used in the spread of the plague by the Harversters", she started, "we do not know what we will be facing so prepare for the worst case scenario", she told him and Flint keeping her voice low.

Everyone in the area is moving a rapid pace and so should they, "Come.. we have orders to prepare", she walked out of the room and into the corridor. Find a small alcove she commenced her checks of her weapons and equipment. When the time comes, they would be easy to find in this location, as it is on route to the hangars.

Syn gave a small nod as he went to the room for him, there wasn't much else. The jedi master merely spoke as all the ships were given the first set of coordinates and readied to jump. The trip to the edge of the galaxy and start of the real journey would be... A vertical leap towards the black of space. Following old beacons and using ancient outposts on planets that weren't really much. Stories of supplies from times past, the Maze itself not many knew about or visited. All that came from this was... Speculation and the other coming would make for an interesting trip. He preferred interesting while the captain of the ship spoke before heading out. "This is the battlecruiser Prometheus... Our mission to seek out... and find these shipyards.... So lets make it so...... Engage."

The ships jumped to hyperspace and Syn relaxed in his room, finding a sense of peace in the quiet while also reaching out to feel the people in the fleet. He could feel the familiar like Misses Mason, Domino, Aedan and Iella, the new ones who had joined them and above all else the multitude of soldiers, technicians, spare crew, medica, scientists and researchers. There was so much that could happen but he spared a moment sending a message off to the council. @[member="Ben Watts"] "Grandmaster Watts, I have begun the search for the Black Hex shipyards, perhaps when I return things will have calmed down." The jedi master laid down in the bed and breathed in deeply letting sleep claim him for the moment.

[and tomorrow we'll reach the first outpost so post and have conversations. We are a miss mashed together team after all.]

People were certainly moving around busily. Flint listened carefully to Iella's quick summary and description of their mission. The worst case scenario. Flint certainly hoped it didn't come down to that.

Flint walked after Iella into the alcove, and patted down himself checking that he had everything with him the way the other Jedi Padawan was doing. "Wow, so the Harvesters. Have any of you guys faced them before?"

Aedan had been in the Hangar when the expedition fleet jumped to hyperspace. He had merely shrugged and stood up deciding to go and find somewhere to get food. As he walked through the corridors he came across two of the Jedi who were with Syn. He arrived just as one of them asked about if any of them had fought the Harvesters he let out a dark chuckle as he stepped forward to stand beside the two of them nodding his head. "I fought against the Harvesters but that was when I was a part of Omega Protectorate and long before I left to start the Corsair Brotherhood. Don't worry about them to much I highly doubt we will run into them. But if we do keep in mind that you fight alongside people not alone. Always remember teamwork kid. By the way do either of you know the way to a cafetiere or something i am kinda hungry and figured I would grab something to eat." Aedan Miles stood there a soft grin crossing his lip as his piercing violet eyes looked over the two people before him and he seemed to stretch a couple of times his medium length violet hair swaying around his head a bit.

The Admiralty
Michael shook Flint's hand with a firm grasp. "A pleasure, Padawan Dexen." then he turned his head and listened to Iella's short recap of the briefing. Harvesters, he had missed those events. Back then his father was still alive and kept him sheltered, when everything was finished he did not have the stomach to tell his son much about what had conspired. The things he did hear sounded bad and now he was worried about the sudden reappearance of the Black Hex Class ships.

Following Iella's lead to the small alcove, Michael double checked his lightsaber. It never hurts to be sure of your weapon in a fight.

"it was before my time, Dexen. What about you Iella?"

After the briefing Feena went to the ship she was supposed to go to without a word to anyone. There were so few here that she actually knew anyway. And she was hardly one for useless socializing while she was on the job.

She took a seat, strapped herself in and prepared herself for another agonizing journey

Flint gave a nod to @[member="Aedan Miles"]. Teamwork certainly was important. Especially when going up against such unknown and deadly opponents. He stayed with @[member="Michael Sardun"] and @[member="Iella E`ron"], and awaited their departure.

START OF THE ZARECA STRING

The expedition fleet came out of hyperspace above the galactic plane. The vertical hyperspace leap to the start had been one of the easier parts. Now as the jedi master knelt on the bridge and reached out he listened. "Master Synlidwirh we have a faint beacon." "Then follow it and prepare the engineers, we'll stop over and see where we go next." The jedi master rose and spoke looking around while going to the viewport. "Engineering teams, prepare for searching at the beacon location when we arrive. Captain Miles your corsairs will work on scouting the area. Once we get a new bearing We will send scout ahead to check the next world on the string."

The jedi master moved listening to the comlink but he was preparing for what would be coming. They needed to rely on the string long enough for mapping a path back home when the time comes. "Padawan's E`ron, Dexon and Sardun. I do hope you have gotten situated properly?"

The holographic figure of Domino had listened in on the briefing before flickering out at the end. If she had any insights into their mission or what they might find, she was keeping them to herself. Her fleet did however maneuver alongside the coalition's, keeping formation as they came about and all through the hyperspace jump. Now they solved the problem faced by Syn's engineers and cartographers without even seeming to realize there had been one by the simple expedient of dropping a new beacon out the back of the same carrier that had broadcasted Domino's message. They still had to find the next location in the sequence, but the way back would be clear enough to anyone unable to simply fly in the reverse order.

Sargon kept his two permanence class battleships towards the rear of the fleet. He knew his ships were considered apart but at the same time he didn't feel like the Fringe's presence was welcomed in the odd group. He'd never been in such a diverse fleet before so he wasn't really sure what the protocol was going to be on it. Without a doubt the Republic would hold the greatest weight, but that still left him not knowing where his ships fit in with the fleet. In truth the isolation he felt was from simply his own lack of understanding of naval matters as any other possible reason.

They'd reach the first step on the journey and perhaps it was about time for him to learn a little about naval standards. Stepping out of the bridge Sargon headed to his quarters to study the available naval material. He knew his captains would do a fine job without him anyway. Stopping at the mess hall on the way he grabbed himself a strong cup of coffee, and decided he'd stay there instead to study. Maybe he could pick up on the mood of the ship, but either way at least he'd be learning something.

Iella could feel the ship come out of hyper, the slight jolt under foot told her that. This made her suck in a quick breath as she knew the time was coming soon, for them all to engage. What? well that was to be determined.

She looked over at Flint and smiled slightly, "Yes I have encountered the harvesters, when I was with CIS .. in a mission with them. The sight of which is not very pleasant I can tell you, you will need to be prepared for that. All I can do is warn you".

Iella knew that Syn would not waste time, she is prepared with her weapons, and equipment. And as she heard the familiar voice, she turned. "Yes Master Syn, we are all prepared", she simply said and she turned to follow him.

Flint nodded grimly. From what he was hearing, it appeared as though the Harvesters were enemies that he didn't want to encounter. Still, he had his lightsaber with him, and he was feeling quite confident at the moment.

"Yes master." replied Flint along with Iella. He was ready for adventure.

Aedan tilted his head as he heard Syn and chuckled reaching out to give the young padawan Flint a hefty pat on the back "Well looks like I have to go and don't worry you won't see the Harvesters most likely." With that Aedan turned and sprinted down the corridor slowly feeding the force into his body as he ran moving faster and faster as he moved directly to the hangar making his way to his fighter which he vaulted into. As he settled into the pilots couch he started to engage the start up process his R2 unit whistling behind him as it prepared to launch. He waved his hand absently and then slowly lifted off the hangar ground and blasting out of the hangar heading towards his flagship.
