Guidelines for conflict resolution and how to maintain transparency

- ensure all conversations are made within the submission thread

- please do not discuss submissions over discord.

- if a member is openly hostile on the board or on discord chat about the factory or the factory staff, please do not become involved. Instead ignore it and relay the issue to a factory RPJ or admin.

- refer any complaints made to you directly to the factory admin inbox.

- familiarize yourself with all the Factory rules
- Familiarize yourself with all the restricted materials rules and regulations
- read over conflict resolution guidelines
- review The guideline on how to review submissions
- review the guidelines on what May require development
- review guidelines on how to play submissions under review, under pending review, and how to lock submissions.

Second Chance

As per the Codex and Factory Standardized rules, At any point during the approval process for your submission, you may apply for a Second Chance.

What is a second chance? A Second Chance is a way for the Factory Admin to take your submission into consideration for a fresh review if your submission has been denied and you believe it has been judged unfairly. This also includes if you believe your submission is being unfairly judged at any point in time of the process, allowing to request a new judge.

To apply for a Second Chance, please post the link to your submission, and ONLY the link, along with your case for why it should be approved, and we will take the matter into consideration.

Quick points of consideration:

1. You may only have one second chance at any point during the approval process. Regardless of if your second chance is approved or not, you cannot request a third chance.
2. If you ask for a new Judge, your current judge will accept the request and then archive the submission as it is an entirely fresh review. It is then up to you to ask for a second chance within this thread for consideration.
