So update. I really like the first picture. Far more than the others and have decided to base the armor off it. It looks pretty heavy but we're going to use a rare material called Phrik to keep the weight down to something reasonable while keeping you mobile enough. It also provides excellent blaster and lightsaber resistance.

These are going to require sacrifices though. And more work on Dev threads since we'll need one for the armor itself and one for the Phrik ore. About a 20/10 split. Entirely doable and in a reasonable time frame so long as we don't wander off. I'll also be making it a Unique armor, no point in making a set of ten or so with no one else likely to use one for a PC. And that they can get a custom craft of their own.
