To turn a Jedi.

Alexandra Feanor

The Lady in Silver/Grey Historian
"Creativity huh?" She raised her hand right at him, the force energy coming at him and then nothing, as if she had not even meant to use it on him. And she hadn't a stone, one of the ones that ringed the center one, lifted out of the water and before he could even look back she forced it to come down harder than normal, causing a splash of its own to move at [member="Vulpesen"] in her over elaborate attempt to drench him in the water that they both stood in. Her grin became one of mock shock and innocence at what just happen, mixed with the amused look should it work.

Vulpesen rose an eyebrow at her, wondering what exactly she had planned. A dud? A fake out? Wait a second, he tried this all the time with his dag- SPLASH "Oi!" He felt himself lifted by the wave and moved over as the water drenched his robes and carried a frantically paddling ace along with it. "Great, I'm soaked. And who knows what com-links and gadgets I kept in here." Of course, his comlink and weapons had all been waterproofed for special missions, but now he had to get his revenge in some way.

His musings didn't last long before a realization came upon him. He had always seen the force as a river between all things. All he had to do now was place the flow of that river, into this one. Focusing himself on the water, he started small, wave by wave expelled from his hands which he held out towards Alexandra Cinthra, then as he finally realized what he was doing, he managed to create one single wave which came a bit over her head. "You're looking a bit thirsty my friend."

"Hu-" She caught the wave right in the mouth and coughed a bit as it knocked her off her feet, obviously coughing once above the water again before glaring at him now and speaking. "Oh is that how its going to be show off." Using the same thing, only this time, she used it to push her forward so that she could try to tackle him head on and push him under the water using her body weight and the wave she built up just as he did before. If it worked she would grin at him under the water before moving to get her head above the water which seemed to have raised to her chin with all the manipulation they had done to it. Once above the water she spoke now, this time without any plans to strike him once more in anyway, though a wide, happy and carefree grin was on her face as she looked at [member="Vulpesen"] once he was above the water too. "Well, that was certainly something i haven't done before."

Vulpesen's eyes widened a bit. "Ace!" He looked over to the wolf who was already starting to swim up the wave. Deciding to use a different tactic, Vulpesen simply dived under the wave, swimming under [member="Alexandra Cinthra"] then back up to the surface. On his way up, he turned around to face her, completing the turn as he broke the surface. "That was fun."

She ran her hands through her hair, smiling and looking over her shoulder at him before speaking. "Ya... were drenched though and i assume that Ace wants to dry off too? Want to head back to my compound?" She moved to the shore and pulled herself out before throwing off the robes and letting the tan trousers and shirt under be shown as she folded up the robes themselves, her hair and clothes drenched though. [member="Vulpesen"]

Vulpesen chuckled and looked over to see Ace clinging to a tree root as if for dear life. "I don't see why not. Besides, I think Ace is really going to need a towel. Ashlans get kinda proud of their fur." He turned and swam to the shore, taking off his outer robes as the water weight was something he'd rather not have over his entire body. "After you miss Cinthra." He checked to make sure that nothing had been lost in the waves, then waited for Alexandra to get out and lead him to the a fore mentioned compound.

Alexandra smiled at her friend and lifted her head towards the forest, grinning at what she was about to say to him. "I hope you dont mind a good three mile walk, i mean where would with be without a bit of exercise, fat loads sitting around and becoming Sith Emperors no doubt..." She grinned at the reference to a former Sith Emperor with the weight and shape of a hutt but far worse smelling than one... or atleast thats what shes been told about him while. Without pause though she got on her way to the forest edge, looking over at Ace with a bit of Concern on her face. "Will he be ok?" [member="Vulpesen"]

The jedi let out a small laugh and shook his head. "Zarro put me through far worse when I was training under him. I was also far younger." He turned to look over to Ace who was finally crawling onto dry land. "He'll be find. He's always bee a drama hound." That last comment earned him a small growl and a nasty glare, both of which he shrugged off. Patting his shoulder, he watched Ace shake off and move towards his normal perch. "She may not hear you, but there's still a lady around. Watch your words boy." He flicked Ace's nose once he was settled then prepared himself for the long walk.

She blinked once more and shrugged before smiling at Ace and speaking. "Dont worry about speaking freely, ive said likely worse than what you just said to Fox Face there, though if you want, im sure he could go with more taunting from time to time with me not around to do such, deal?" Her gaze and smile turned on Vulpesen as she walked, and for a moment she then looked extremely confused before shrugging and moving on. "Well, lets get a move on, time and daylight is being wasted." [member="Vulpesen"]

Vulpesen let out a small hmph, but followed her as they walked through the woods. "You don't have to worry about such things rattling around in your head. I swear, sometimes he speaks endlessly just because he knows I can't put my fingers in my ears and block it out." At that comment, a dogish laugh could be heard from his shoulder. "I KNEW IT!"

She laughed and glanced over her shoulder, kind eyes falling on the friend of Vulpesen's. "Well, im sure that Ace has many interesting things to talk about and i would be honored if i could have a companion as close as your bond is with Ace... that and i would love to be in Ace's position just to help him out from time to time in bugging the kark out of you, sounds like its just a great ole time." She grinned and fell back in her stepping for a moment to lightly knock into Vulpesen. "Opps."

[member="Darth Tsolan"]

Vulpesen shrugged and rose his hand to pet the astral blue fur on his companion. "Sometimes, but others he just babbles." As she spoke about wanting a similar bond, Vulpesen felt a grin on his face. "I'd be happy to guide you around Myrkr some day. Ashlans can be elusive, but I'm sure Ace could introduce you to some of your friends. As for being around to bug me, I can think of worse compa-" As she suddenly dropped back, Vulpesen's hand snapped out to instinctively catch her. "Hello there."

She didn't expect for him to move to catch her, no she was just going to bump into him as a joke, and when he did she glanced at his arms and then at him. "Uh... mind... you know... letting go..." For once she held no joking in her tone, nor did she hold any sort of seriousness in it. No her voice was quiet and her face turned down as she spoke, almost as if not wanting to look at Vulpesen himself.

Vulpesen stayed frozen in a moment of confusion, before he finally became more aware of the situation. He hadn't truly thought when he moved. He simply acted. Its what he did. He acted and when others fell, he caught them. As he caught sight of his error, he quickly dropped his arm, his grin turning a bit sheepish. "Of course, sorry." He lifted a small glance to her as Ace's head flicked between the two, a look of confusion written upon his features.

She stepped forward and smiled lightly as she shook her head, rubbing her neck for a moment before speaking, her voice soft and light still as she now looked at him. "Uh its ok, no need to be sorry, just didn't expect you to catch me is all..." She glanced at Ace and smiled a bit more at the sight of his confusion before turning and pulling her hair out of her face. "Anyways, lets get back to the compound... im sure you both want to get dried off."

[member="Darth Tsolan"]

Vulpesen nodded and brought his hands together in front of him. After a short glance to Ace, he nodded to [member="Alexandra Cinthra"]. "I guess I'm just used to people and things falling around me. But your right, lets head off before Ace starts shivering in his fur or me in my robes." The smaller companion rolled his eyes as Vulpesen continued to Follow Alexandra.

It took a good ten minutes to reach the compound as they walked, and Alexandra seemed to for once be utterly silent as she approached the gate, having not spoke another word after they had started walking again. Pressing the code into the keypad the gate opened up and through it the compound and how open it was showed itself. Other than the occasional tree it was a ring of open grounds that held training areas, meditation groups, and other things as she moved straight for the building that served as the group's temple. "By the way Vulpesen, did you bring a change or am i going to need to get a robe from storage for you?" She glanced over her shoulder, the smile still on her face from before as she spoke to him.

[member="Darth Tsolan"]

Vulpesen followed in equal silence, occasionally sharing silent words with Ace but staying without a sound on the outside. As they reached the compound, Vulpesen shook his head at her question. "I wasn't exactly expecting to get soaked during this trip. Luckily my robes dried off a bit during thee walk so it shouldn't be too long until I can stand to wear them again."

She nodded and looked around the inside of the temple for a minute before shrugging and turning to face Vulpesen. "Well, here we are, the Temple of the Grey i guess you could call it, it used to be my home but i took the advice of some other force users and created a place were knowledge can be shared and spread without hatred for a certain type of study. Uh not really much of a temple in comparison to the one on Coruscant or Tython, more akin to a mansion really, but were getting there."

Vulpesen nodded and looked around the area. "I've seen smaller institutions in my travels. Looks like you're doing pretty well here." After finishing his initial inspection, the jedi turned back to his friend. "Alex, did you know that I was supposed to be a neutral force user? Someone who could travel between sith and jedi with the beliefs of both?" He chuckled and placed his hands in his pockets. "At least, that was the plan before I joined the jedi and saw that the sith were worse than I had imagined."
