Description: The hilt is covered in spirals of obsidian. The crystal comes from a temple that Tony and his allies raided. In the depths of said temple Tony discovered an ancient Sith lord. A very powerful wound in the force who gifted him the crystal. The Sith lord had sat atop his throne for century as an immortal, but he was bound by his crystal. He spent millennia dabbling in Sith alchemy in a attempt to remedy his freedom. He came to the conclusion this was only possible by destroying the force. Thus he sent a telepathic signal to all force wounds and summoned Tony. After Tony acquired the crystal he went back to the Volcano of Artisia where he was first acquired his new powers. He used the force to create the hilt and inserted the force resistant crystal manually.

Can absorb the force

• Void Stone does not, in so many words, absorb the Force, rather it nullifies or negates it, similar to Ysalamir. Absorbing it would tend to mean it has the ability to store and re-use that energy, which Void Stone does not. Please edit this to reflect the correct terminology so that this is not incorrectly used by mistake.

A void stone dampens the connection between individuals and the force within an approximate range of the stone, it does not fully negate or block (or absorb) the force.
From Wookieepedia:

The Void Stone had an unusual connection with the Force. Any Force-sensitive person within one hundred meters of the Void Stone would have difficulty using their Force powers effectively. Even those who did not consciously use the Force would suffer from impaired connection to the Force. The one hundred meter range of the Void Stone's power covered the entire cave network of the Charon colony.

Can negate the force according to proximity

Dampening the force refers to difficulty using it, it does not act as a Ysalamir and completely make it impossible for a force user to utilize the force within a certain range. Just replace "negate" in your statement with "dampen".
