Just a heads up what I am doing here, an outreach program.

Someone asked me to train him some force powers, I said sure, he doesn't know if he'll join the silvers yet but I thought it'd make for a half decent dev thread of the facility. Our facility if you want it permanently.
If anyone wanted to reuse it to train people who were unsure of what faction they wanted to join, or to extend an olive branch to new board users for example, you are welcome to and I'll put in a factory post. If not it'll be a temporary location I use now and again if this ever came up again.
