One character on the board knows phasing, and she's not active. Three active ones know Force Storm, and all have committed never to use it in PVP or similar situations. I'm not going to impose any Force limits - apart from a limit on assuming that mind-control and similar things will work against lower-ranked or non-Forcer opponents. If anyone walks into one of these fights and says 'I snap your neck with the Force', well, they just lost the fight.

Keep it classy. Otherwise, no rules. Period.
