Tournament on Malachor V anyone?

Brilliant Question: Are weapons allowed? Not that it's relevant to me anymore, but I got into thinking and there becomes a sort of fairness gap when - for example - Ashe is using a flame projector to greatly improve the capacity of her already-honed pyrokinesis. It's really easy at that point to literally just set the entire inner arena on fire. Throw in a terentatek duster and you basically have an infinitely durable walking pyre. Another example is, what if someone goes walking in with a set of heavy battle armor and a chaingun? See what I mean? NO ONE is good enough to dodge or block 4,000 rounds a minute.

Not saying there should be imposed any restrictions to equipment, just wondering (Canal notwithstanding because he'll need all the help he can get) what self-regulated limitations can be expected/desired of the participants.

I'm not sure of the durability of Songsteel, but 4000 rounds a minute would certainly put a dent at least in Alcastor

yeah, in a friggen minute too, so I don't see any reason for force users to waltz in with an instakilling weapon

As for the question of weapons, how about everyone who is going to bring in something other than force powers and a lightsaber, must submit to me what they want additionally via PM and I'll approve or disapprove of disagreeable items.

Oh! Forgot to mention. The Tournament will start tomorrow at 5:00 EST, and will go on for a week (extended on bracket level as needed).

Also, since it is likely that during the course of this Tournament I may not be available to settle disputes, I was wondering if there was anyone out there that would like to be a good little helper and just resolve this under my authority with your best judgement based upon a set of rules I will give you? We can thread together if you do it
