Training Day

"Clear everything you do with Sirella Valkner," she said. "Your politics and taxes are your affair, but make no mistake - she rules at least a third of the Tion worlds, and I intend to give her the rest just as soon as she completes her conquest of Aargonar. Lianna, Rudrig and the other Tionese worlds of my demesne will pass to her. I tell you this as a courtesy, but also so you can bring her into the loop, if she hasn't bought you all already.

"Sasha, consider yourself a Sith Knight. You're barely there, but you're there. As such, you're entitled to the governorship of a world, under the aegis of the sector's Sith Master. Lianna is yours, and you answer directly to me for its care, until such time as Lady Valkner takes this territory. At that point, you will answer directly to her. I trust this won't be a problem?"

"No Master." Sasha was a bit stunned. And then a thought occurred to her, Spencer didn't have a planet to govern. Suddenly she felt quite giddy and pleased with herself. Her notorious superior smirk crossed her face. She was better then Spencer. "I shall make sure that Mistress Valkner is informed of everything. And we will build your ship my empress."

"Good. Carry on here. I'll return in three weeks to see your progress -- with the ship, and with the planet."

Three weeks to the day saw Ashin back in the shipyard, inspecting the progress on the gigantic vessel from a mobile platform, something between maintenance ship and minor space station. She'd requested Sasha's presence on the platform.

Sasha wasn't there to greet the woman, instead she was in the belly of the massive vessel being constructed.A slew of droids welded and finalized various smaller mechanical sections within the void. Sasha herself controlled two with her new skills learned from Velok. Her fingers flayed and manipulated the droids as a puppeteer making them move and perform complex tasks. Metal was fused together with special welders and the generators were being assembled. Workers watched in their zero gravity suits as the girl worked. She was late, her Empress, her master, awaited her. She didn't hit the suits jets and instead pointed with a hand and pulled herself with the force toward the airlock. Once there she changed out of the suit, getting scared but interested looks from several men, and got dressed. She moved down the hall toward the observation deck, two of her mindless droid minions in tow, and arrived with her trademark superior smirk. "My master," she said with a bow. "all is going as you've commanded."

"So I've heard." Ashin gestured to the droids. "I'm impressed with your progress in mastering the basics of mechu-deru. It's a skill few people choose as a specialty. I can imagine you've found some interesting applications over the course of building this vessel. Tell me, how has the ship benefited from your skills? I would hate to think your own pursuits have crowded out your commitment to the Empire's goals."

Sasha was busy within the bowels of the ship. She controlled two droids with her hands, using her skills in Mechu-deru to her best advantage. The empress wanted her to train as well as construct, design, and engineer the vessel. It was daunting but didn’t matter to the girl. A heavy turbo laser slid gently into place. Two of the droids locked it in and started connecting the wiring. The woman smiled. It was the first new order straight from the foundries at Hypori. Using the force she pulled herself to the airlock and entered the shipyard. Quickly she changed stripping out of the space suit to the gawking eyes of several technicians. She rolled her eyes and went to the office, an associate of hers would be there waiting for her. It was time to arm this behemoth.

An interesting proposal had come across his desk. Santhe Corp had hired him, and SunTech Forge Works, to provide the hardware for nothing short of a Super Star Destroyer. It wasn't an easy choice. Knowingly arm the vessel of the Sith, or abstain and lose face with the Guild. In the end? Money mattered. He was a businessman. She knew his alignment, but it was his job to assist his allies. So, he was here.

But there he was, in a chair in her office, spinning it to face her. "Nice ship you have here, Sasha," he commented. He hadn't been on a ship this big since the Revenge...

"A dozen kilometers of power," Sasha said. She knew the man long enough to know his feelings for the sith and wondered what his thought process must currently be. "And now it's time to arm it. I'm hoping that your facilities on Hypori will be up to snuff?" The truth was she knew that, for the most part they were. Like all the other corperations she had spies keeping tabs on the others in the group, chronicaling their factories. It was a game that was often played in the corperate sector. "Your crews would be apreciated in this endevour."

"Of course. It's going to take time to arm, but what vessel doesn't?" Tethis put in, knowing full well the time required to arm an entire freaking Super Star Destroyer. This was not his first venture into it... and, by the looks of it, it would not be his last, either.

He relaxed back into his chair. "You have my support. Strange a move as this is for me, I'll do it. I know you'll end up paying a fair price so I'm less concerned about the details than I probably should be."
