Nico was looking at her and bowed her head over a few things as she was sitting there. "The parts used to make it last for being on a sheld. It might not be the most healthy but it will preserve the meats and there is also some salt and flavoring." Oh yes the flavoring was always an imprtant thing to have for use and with what you could do. It provided some variety so things didn't get boring after all.

"I see master." She said pulling out the flavors with a curious expression on her face.

Nico was watching her and gave a nod of her head. "Good you got it and now as you work with it use the force. Enhancing your senses is just one of the steps towards enhancing your body and building up your abilities within the force." A smile on her face looking up towards the poisoned sky. "On a world like this you want to be able to get the force to protect yourself."

Quinn worked on trying to enhance her senses and it worked she could hear footsteps half a mile from her she felt like she could see hundreds of yards farther than before.

"Very good work." Nico was excited for her now as she stood up looking over soem of the things while she walked around Quinn and placed her hands on her padawans shoulder. "Now relax and breathed in. Feel the air fill your lungs and push it out allowing your senses to expand outwards. Inhale exhale, expansion, contraction. sense and body. All are sides of a feeling and coin you can control padawan."

Quinn breathes in and then out as instructed trying to do as her master instructed

"Now with your body relaxed and focused allow it to channel throughout your body and you will find all that you need." She remained moving around her and was working on her gauntlet while taking in the sight of the padawans saberstaff with a bow od her head. "In combat this serenity will build up so much and allow you to enter a center of being stance. Making defense and offensive movements come to you naturally."

"Yes master." She said with her eyes closed feeling the force flow through her

"Good." Nico was watching her and moved her hand to straighten her arms and raise them up. She was working on some of the things straightening her arms while she adjusted ad extended them. "Now reach out with the force and move the objects." She was looking at some of the things with in the scrap while her gauntlets were pulsing with the force and calmness of the crystals within. She was speaking. "With your senses reach out and move with the force the scrap bringing it up and throw it to the side."

Quinn concentrates long and hard before she finally picks up the scrap and throws it to the side a few inches

She was looking at the work while she moved in and stood behind her padawan. One hand going around her waist to plant her hand on her stomach while the other was on her extended arm. "Good now breathed and hold it, lift the scrap and instead of throwing it keep it in place. Slowly work to lift more and more but do not drop it. The force should be coming from your breath and stomach as you inhale and hold it within your body."

Quinn does as instructed and for 20 minutes she holds a ton of scrap 2 foot off the ground

Nico was keeping it while she watched and remained there still ready to listen to her padawan if she was straining or if she was able to do it before finally finishing. The span of time there while she put her head to the back of Quinn's and rubbed her beanie for luck. "you are doing very well padawan, now we will work on adding to it. You can sense, you can lift and you can jump. The only things left is to find your frm of meditation to center yourself and crete a barrier to defend yourself.

She could see her padawan was doing hard work and now she had been working earned something. "You have been working hard and now I think padawan we can reward your hard work. Or is there something else you would like." Nico was remaining there for the moment as some of her attention went to the scrap and more the area around them. Her ship was in the distance.

"Then we shall have pie." She was looking at her and leading the way back to the ship while the droids were still scanning and bringing information for them to her datapad. She could work with some of this and getting things for Sasori was well beneficial to the order as a whole since they made the gear and items some jedi chose to use. She was getting inside the ship while speaking to the converter to make them food. "Pie, cherry."

"You are welcome." Heading back through the ship she mad up a bunk for her padawan across from her own in the crew quarters and they were all working on things while she had some of her attention on a few of the things. "Alright the pie is done and we are heading home." She had a larger grin getting out a fork to use from the machine for both of them while going to the table.

Quinn heads to the table "So master where do we go from here?" She says nervously
