Hope is Kindled
The Jedi wasn't here for interject his own opinions into these meetings, before newly merged with the New Jedi Order, it was simply to see where opinions stood and most importantly when he would actually start voicing his opinion on the matter. The Jedi stood on the outer rim of the galaxy for the longest time as he avoided these widespread galactic affairs that seemed to constant repeat over and over. The Jedi,Sith, Imperials. And now the Maw, Byrn, Eternals and Warlords and whatever else factions were dedicated to destruction and death. Death those that sought to live in peace, and it was in that where Kahne could no longer sit idly by. Not after he felt the need to come to Coruscant. After the disbandment of the Outer alliance and things seemed to fall apart he stuck to his family duties until he received a visit from an old friend.
Kahne stood near the back, arms crossed leaning back against the Station wall, while listening to the those select few talk. He glanced over to Coren and he wondered what his thoughts were on this, a discussion for a later time perhaps.
Trouble brewed or had been when it came to the Confederacy as questions had arisen there. Internal struggles it seemed with the Jedi Order and the Concord, Kahne knew one thing just as he was sure everyone else did. If they started fighting amongst themselves they were doomed. He knew everyone had their own thoughts on how to proceed. The Jedi would always stand by the side of light to fight those that sough to destroy life. There were some that bathed in the well that the Sith did, that did not wish to live as such. Kahne learned this most of all during the Knightfall alliance when on Lothal and the Alliance was obliterated. And while being attacked by sith, there were some sith of the confederacy that came to the Alliances aide. While that seemed to be a lifetime ago, those things were not forgotten. At least in Kahne's eyes they were, and while his view was his own. He knew these other Jedi present had dealt more presently with events going on.
The Jedi took a deep breath as he hoped these events would bring the Jedi closer and hopefully to a more unified goal. He worried if others, beset upon enemies on all sides in some individuals eyes. Caution was needed, above all else.
