PERSONALITY:
Tisan is cold and calculating. Her time at the Imperial Academy has removed most of the humanity she possessed as a child. While she can be empathetic, she recognizes that sacrifices must be made, and will take actions to ensure that her desired outcome is achieved, regardless of who must be killed, or what must be destroyed. Her time as a special forces operative has further honed her focus and ability to process information quickly and efficiently.

STRENGTHS:

• Trained: Tsian was trained among the ranks of Sith Intelligence, and was a candidate for their Cipher program. As such, she is skilled with a number of weapons, improvised or otherwise.
• Commander: Tsian's naval career, though short, has earned her the trust of powerful individuals. She is a more than capable leader of a ship, battlegroup, or even fleet.
• Cunning: Though only appointed as acting Viceroy, Tsian is more than capable of filling the position full time. She follows the ideologies of Vylmira's High Councilor, and prefers to gather as much information as she can, before striking quickly and decisively.
• Disciplined: The Military is all Tsian has ever known. She is fully capable of following orders to the letter, and is a model soldier for her troops to aspire to.

WEAKNESSES:

• Cold: Tsian has difficulty forming personal relationships owing to her time with Sith Intelligence.
• Hermit: When off duty, Tsian typically retreats to her quarters to read.
• Asocial: Tsian can come across as blunt or rude owing to her willingness to ignore people or brush them off, preferring silence to contact with other beings.
• Genetic Anomaly: Tsian has a genetic anomaly that causes an allergic reaction to Bacta, among other downsides.

APPEARANCE:
Tsian is often seen in dress uniform (Pictured above), or her combat suit, depending on the situation. Her face is usually set in a determined stare or scowl, and her dark hair is always pulled back in tight bun. Her clothing is always kept in top shape, clean, and pressed.

BIOGRAPHY:

Tsian was born to a military family on Dromund Kaas and enlisted in the Sith Army at 16, inspired by the efforts of Darth Malgus in the Sacking of Coruscant. Her skills with trickery and deception quickly flagged her as a potential candidate for intelligence, and she was slated to join the Cipher program. Her final mission, however, sent her to investigate an anomaly discovered near Felcat, from which she never returned.

Her destination had been Vylmira, and she became trapped in the anomaly along with the rest of the planet until the Confederacy freed it some years ago. Originally devastated by the news that the Sith Empire had fallen, Tsian found solace in her rescuer, Darth Voph. Though he had abandoned his title, he was still a relic of a bygone Empire, same as Tsian. Tsian pledged her loyalty to the ancient Sith, and joined the Vylmiran Military.

She quickly rose through the ranks, and was slated to join the new Vylmiran super soldier program. Though she was a prime candidate, her genetic anomaly was not compatable with the physical enhancement program, and so she was not permitted to join. Instead, she was selected to be appointed as Councilor of Defense to replace the recently deceased Councilor Aklin. This, however, was changed when Voph was given the order to return to the Knights Obsidian. Rather than Councilor of Defense, Voph specifically chose her to succeed him as Viceroy of Vylmira, and named her captain of the Resolve.
