Still, I opened up my pool last weekend and went for a cold swim.

Ouch..it hurt going in the water at first.

But after a few numbing minutes, it felt OK.

I think i was swimming for like 1/2 hour.

Had to like dry and get out of the wet suits in a jiff.

My house was freezing with the air on.

But after a change of clothes it was all better.
