Kay-Larr
Sphaera Tea Company Owner
Kay shook her head, disagreeing on so many of his points. Even if Yutan was attacked, [member="Viktor Alexander"] would blame her for it too. Even if a star went supernova, she'd get the blame. Heck, he'd probably blame her for not controlling the weather too.
But there was no use arguing anymore. There was no use in her agreeing either as he found fault in that too. He just enjoyed making her feel bad too much, to rub salt in open wounds. There was only so much that someone could take without going ballistic.
"I think we're done here. You already know what you want to do. I'm not here to convince you either way. Your words will be taken into consideration. Thank you." Kay walked over to the side table and finally poured herself some much needed tea. It would be a small comfort. She wanted to talk to her husband and get his advice, but couldn't. She only had herself for that. This attack had thrown everything off course. Yet she was somehow supposed to be in multiple places at once and doing every task imaginable and not imaginable.
Kay sipped her tea and walked over to her desk, pulling out her datapad and turning it on while she waited for Viktor to leave. Though knowing him, he'd want to have the last word.
