Ura focused carefully. It wasn't that hard for her, but she still had to try. That red piece of a shoe that Ger'Off had gotten.... Wait? A full shoe? A pair? Oh no.... Looked like the scrap she had found. Whoever owned the shoes was definitely here, and she probably connected to them first because they technically thought of the same thing. She couldn't tell who it was, but they would definitely be able to tell who she was. She was the only one with a waterdog in the temple. Telepathy. While not an unimpressive feat it was not nearly what the stories had suggested in regards to the Jedi Force Meld. Legends of shared Force strength, turning aside turbolaser barrages with a gesture, and instant battlefield knowledge are what he'd heard...not the simple expression of surface words to a nearby group prepared to receive them. With enough practice, anyone could send telepathic messages. The best could even reach across star systems with telepathy.

A second voice responded to Romi's question. This was clearly different, but possessed of the same resonance that had marked the first phrase. Was resonance the mark of telepathic communication? If that was it, if that was all he learned today, it wouldn't have been a wasted lesson. But if it was all he learned today...the Sephi did his best to shove the disappointment away. Now was not the time to dwell on hypotheticals, it was the time to remain receptive and optimistic.
