- Description: The Utapau Magic Factory is a humongous castle-like structure that occupies a position at the bottom of a valley, and has numerous pyramidal spires that are actually there for HVAC purposes. At the center of the Factory is a large tower in the upper floors of which the alchemical and administrative activities take place. The remaining wings of the Factory are devoted to the manufacturing of NFU electronic devices, such as photocopiers, modems and whatnot.
- The central tower: Towering over the entire complex, the central tower's dome houses both alchemical facilities and managerial offices, with the top floor housing offices of various Utai Magic Circle senior management, making the Factory, in effect, the new headquarters of the Utai Magic Circle.
- The southwest wing: The main warehouse of the Utapau Magic Factory, the humongous arched gate of the southwest wing contains several docking ports capable of catering to delivery ships and vehicles both for raw materials and for the finished products.

Due to the Utapau Alchemy Castle's inability to provide for the space necessary for the manufacturing of alchemical devices, especially given the Circle's growing demand for products such as the photocopier and the modem, extra space was needed. Once the alchemical electronics were approved for wider production by regulatory authorities, Janick immediately undertook the process of getting financing to build a new factory on the Fourth Moon of Utapau for the purpose of not only alchemizing the products, but also manufacturing the base products. As a result, its primary electronics supplier, HoldoWare, in an attempt at vertical integration, signed a lease to allow it to manufacture the products used in the alchemization of the electronics manufactured sold by the Utai Magic Circle. Therefafter, HoldoWare became the largest employer on the Fourth Moon of Utapau, with the personnel being drawn from the refugees left in the wake of the Terminus rebellion, and the Utai Magic Circle moved its headquarters at the Factory.
