Description: The Vollstrecker are the strong arm of the ISB, they use the information available to them through their connections with the Intelligence division to monitor the internal state of affairs and act accordingly when the welfare and stability of the Union may be threatened by internal issues or citizens of the Union itself. However, when these threats are of high ranking nature I.E. High ranking military personnel or active operatives within the ISB itself, they’ll hand over those cases to Die Stille Hand (Internal Affairs).

Membership: Members of the Vollstrecker are talented individuals who excel in a multitude of skills. Members are selected based on their previous long service to the Union and their skills. Recruits must have served a standard of at least five years with the Union without any misconducts. They then are given more in depth training either as a field agent or logistics analyst.
Climate: Field agents are generally hostile and unfriendly to those outside the Bureau, however, the more managerial desk officers are friendly.
Reputation: The Vollstrecker are feared by both the citizens of the Union, and members of the Union’s military and government. Their presence in a Union facility or government center acts as a warning to those who mis-behave or have poor conduct.
Curios: In the field their traditional armor is worn. Officers may wear their branch specific uniform adorned with a rank plaque and code cylinders to identify their significance and position within the department.
Rules: A department of the overarching Intelligence and Security Bureau, who’s notorious for stricter rules and regulations, the Vollstrecker is no different. Due to their access to confidential information and installations, members are highly restricted and monitored in regards to life outside of work and communications.
Goals: Locate and eliminate internal threats to the Zweihander Union.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
After the expansion of the Intelligence and Security Bureau thanks to the Craig Doctrine, the Vollstrecker’s authority and influence greatly increased. Operating as the Union’s secret police, they work closely with both the Intelligence and Die Stille Hand (Internal Affairs) department.
