Technically, no, Jak is not Sithspawn. Sure, he was originally created via a Sith, but the process was actually very biologically and scientifically thought out. Viral plant RNA rewrote Jak's DNA to allow him to become a sentient plant. Jak still carries and produces this RNA to this day....

but I don't personally think he's a true Sithspawn.
