This Sith fighter, the Lobeha Mwadu, got wrecked during the Invasion of Vjun. It wasn’t technically shot down, but the pilot ejected after it was heavily damaged and rendered basically unable to fly. However, the ship is all in one piece, but it is a fixer-upper!
