unarmed without protection, or wasp strikes similarly unprotected locations.
+Mechamiri pack severely weakens the effects of force based powers in a a radius around the armor at all times. The pack has been reinforced with duraplast plating to protect it at all times.
Weaknesses:
-Weight: The armor is heavier than it looks, and even utilizes a powerpack to allow power assisted movement to compensate for the would be strain on the user. if the pack's protection was somehow breached, movement would become stiffer. Already Vhei's running speed is slower than before, it's like running around with full pack and combat gear.. because that's exactly what she's doing.
-Gaps: the lower torso, waist, and throat aren't covered with mandalorium or duraplast plates, and instead protection falls to the VT shark skin undersuit in order to trim down the weight a little. Kinetic damage such as slugs and other projectiles will punch right through. Additionally, VT sharkskin is not fully immune to lighsaber damage, See Vt sharkskin Original sub.
-Power: The powerpack charges while in motion, as per the original sub. This means that vhei's limited power supply will only last so long while stationary, and this power armor eats power quickly. using the jetpack eats power the fastest, fighting with her vibro wristblades powered on and\or using their plasma cutters eats power the second fastest, and simply moving with power assistance uses the least.
At low to no power, movement in the armor becomes stiff and running becomes difficult, often the wearer will slow down to a power walk after loss of power, though limited jogging jogging can be achieved by dropping the pack.
DESCRIPTION
After facing the manalorian turned Silver jedi soldier, amon vizsla, Vhei's bitter feelings towards the jedi finally bubbled to the surface, That fight reminded her that not only were the exiles a sad reminder of what happens when a mandalorian loses themselves to petty politics and leaves their extend family of mando'ade, but that the jedi and sith were always behind the scenes, manipulating and taking advantage wherever they could.
Inspired by her first "Friendly encounter" with the Silver jedi above raxis, her fight with Amon Vizsla, and the "God killers" rumored to have fought with the mandalorians during their defense of eshan, Vhei decided it was time to prepare herself for the inevitable war with the "Witches" of kashyyyk.
While the last suit was painted black with reflec, and rough painted yellow trim, This armor has been painted black, With reflective, golden accents.
In mandalorian culture, Black armor symbolizes Justice, and Gold symbolizes revenge. In this case, the armor represents both justice for those who were spaced above Roche, and Vengeance against mandalore's one true enemy since the taung first expanded: The Force witches.
She spent weeks researching materials and techniques to use against the enemy, And this suit was one of the results. Unlike her last design, this set has been prepared for combat on land, sea, air and orbit. It was designed to hold up in the worst of conditions, and deploy in any scenario. Gone are the days of suiting up for bounty hunting, These are the days of war, and Vhei is more than ready.
