Wedding gifts

[Ultimatum]

Okay, so LOOM is producing a couple of commemorative gifts for the wedding of Danger and Alric.

If possible I plan to put the gifts through the factory and I would like some images for these.

To begin I have images I would like transposed onto a coin background (Which I have already chosen and added):

The coin background, if possible there will be two pictures one of each side:

On one if possible I would like to have the logos of each of the companies placed on it.

On the Right:

The words of this image will go to the left of the symbol above if possible:

Then on the same coin, but the flipped side I would like to have the faces put on from these two pictures:

Obviously they will need some trimming to just get the face.

So whatever can be done with this I would be most appreciative. I know it is a tall order and I look forward to the results.
