It had been a few days since the battle had ended. There was still an intensity in the air. Many had died on both sides, but the people of Rhun had managed to protect their home from their enemy. Just who that enemy was, Kay still wasn't quite certain. But it wasn't her fight. She was sent to the bunkers with many of the others that couldn't fight. And it wasn't as though she couldn't, it's just that [member="Valentinian Alexandrus III"] didn't allow it.
Now she stood by one of the big bay windows in her room, staring out of it and deep within her own thoughts. She was dressed in her own clothes this time, and cradled a cup of tea in her hands. Her thoughts drifted from the battle that just happened to the battles of her past. There were many that she was a part of, though usually it was at the healing side of things.
She was still an outsider, so apart from the servants, she had been left alone. Maybe that was a good thing. And it wasn't as though she was going to live there, so soon she'll be able to be wary over something else.
The Galaxy was, afterall, a very dangerous place.
