cucumber flavored water....

Yes, sliced cucumbers in an iced filled pitcher. Just let the slices steep in there and you get a nice tinge of flavor. Same with orange slices..lemons..lime. Just thin slice them and don't squeeze them. Just let them steep cold in the ice water. Seriously. :)
 
Hey! At the rate i burn thru sugar, vorking out, I f-king need all i can get! :p And besydes, I LOVE pienapple.

As it is i eat on average 6 meals a day, and stil need protein suplements to keep going hehe...

Sure, protein for building muscles...but carbs like pasta is good for burning calories. Sugar burns too fast and then you have no reserves.
You come down after a sugar high...right?

Love pineapple ice pops fruit bars made with real pineapples. Oh, and love the coconut ones too. :D
 
Thats the good part of burning thru evrything so fast - i can actualy ingest plenty of sugar, then a few hours later its all alredy gone. And no, i dont take carbs... not very partial to them ,since they make me feel a litle bloated, not sure why. But proteins are a must.

Aniway, real pineapples are prety rare here, and not to cheap, but vhenever i see them for sale, I make it a point to pick them up.
