Thats the good part of burning thru evrything so fast - i can actualy ingest plenty of sugar, then a few hours later its all alredy gone. And no, i dont take carbs... not very partial to them ,since they make me feel a litle bloated, not sure why. But proteins are a must.
Aniway, real pineapples are prety rare here, and not to cheap, but vhenever i see them for sale, I make it a point to pick them up.
