Who Knows Tutaminis? I Wanna Learn

[member="Javik Quar-Kai"], Xander is a Jedi yes, but he would be more centered around a Grey Jedi. Not a Grey or rogue force user. There is a difference. *shrugs shoulders* He uses the light side for a reason. So he won't simply push you away from it. Or give you a reason to leave.

The best tutaminis users on the board are in order

Spencer Jacobs
Selena Halcyon
Shinju Ayasha
Lorna Halcyon

There are others but Shinju and Spencer have worked hard to learn and master it, Selena and Lorna are plain and simply greater at it by bloodline.

Then I know who to go to... but Xander has a point. Its not worth turning

To be honest, lots of Force powers aren't worth learning - especially if you don't even think/know you'll use them. I always just give my characters some fairly simple powers that are based around their character concept. Lok is a shadow and special forces operative, so I tend to give him much more emphasis on avoiding detection and being able to let loose with precise and deadly strikes rather than blunt force.

Just like my other character, Darth Arcis, who happens to be a mentalist and strategist. He's not too great at using lightsabers but if you give him an army or a fleet, he'll take a planet by himself and then some. Just choose a path that you would like to follow and learn stuff that relates to it. It'll be much more beneficial to both you and your character.

[member="Lok Jorunn"] is right. One of the weapons I love using for Xander is a battle hammer. (Thor's hammer basically without the extra powers) and to throw it around like he does, I needed Telekinesis. As well, most Jedi don't learn harmful force powers unless absolutely necessary. So TK can be used for other things rather than killing people. Win win situation for me.

As well, Since Xander is a Shadow, I have to have some light forms of Illusion and Cloak. And those are the only two powers that I have that he uses to get out of detection. Other than that, He uses simple and calculated movements to seem like a ghost that he is. Learn powers that match the character. Not because they are cool.

Javik is a Curious person and does not learn to gain power but hes addicted to the process of learning itself. I Rarely engage in combat with javik because he views it as a joke, an action only for brutes but at the same time he wont hesitate to strike down someone. Hes a Collector and as one he desires to learn everything, which is impossible but he does not care. Its who he is.

This force power can be learned, and mastered. But if you think you can win every battle with it, you're wasting your time. And example of when the time I'd use this is when a really powerful sith uses much power on me. Basically, we both are dead so there would be no reason to hold back

Hell, Marek has always used basic force abilities

This is a great statement. Everyone needs to use the basics more often.

Someone is wearing armor? Use Telekinesis to crush their bones inside of the armor.
Someone is shooting slugthrowers at you? Use Force Push to blast them away.
Someone is being held hostage? Use Force Pull to disarm the criminal.
Need a bridge? Use Telekinesis to tear down a tree, pole, or other object to make one.
Don't wanna lean over to tie your shoes? Telekinesis.
