EDIT - The same goes for the GR. Admiral is a rank earned not given so to speak. But we lack active fleeters so the position is most needed.

Yea, Cyrus is fleeting with the OS. One person doesn't make a navy, though. That's why we need more.

[member="Mirak Weyard"], the Galactic Alliance is always open to more members who wish to see the Dark Side cleansed from the Galaxy. I don't think we have many fleeters -- maybe one or two -- and our only real rule is to play nice with everyone OOC. Ranks are also open except for ultra-high command ranks. We're very much an endorser of the Self-Made Man.

Wow, this was a hard decision but a man came to me personally, asking for my help. I feel it is only right to help him first sense he came to me privately to ask for my help.
