See how touchy it gets when someone pokes at the thing you RP as? Not fun when someone wants to nerf the FU. The best and most prevalent class on the site are literally gods and the cheapest copout for every fight ever. And I find it extremely weird that anything that has an upper hand on the forcies either gets nerfed or banned. The site coddling them doesn't make it any better rp in fact I think it makes it less interesting. Dragons aren't as OP as half of the force users I've encountered here and I find it very disappointing to see them be banned.

The sad thing is that they really aren't OP at all. I completely disagree. Ashe on a speeder is OP then. Shorn in a starfighter is OP. Because they can do everything a dragon can do and more in most circumstances. A dragon can't really use technology. A dragon can't operate a gun. A dragon can't fly a ship. A dragon can't crush a building just because it had a bad day. Hell, a dragon shouldn't even be able to use the Force typically speaking.

It's utter bullcrap and this evidence proves it. They're statistically not OP by fact. It. Is not. Mathematically. Equal. I don't even want to hear any kind of a counter-argument because the proof is in the pudding; dragons have extensive limitations which can easily be taken advantage of.

I'll tell you what it's really about, and I believe you said/confirmed this yourself - stupid people. It had nothing to do with it being OP. It had everything to do with people taking a small niche advantage and playing far too heavily on it. Somebody probably bitched. Now most of them are banned.

I don't really care anymore though because I found out our non-canon pre approved species are okay, so I don't have to turn my alt into a Shi'ido or something (which is probably honestly what every dragon character should have done in response to the ban; simple, effective, makes sense).

Forgive me, I haven't been this upset at the utter lack of sense or unbiased decision in something in a very long time.

While you have spoken that dragons are not that OP, there are still more problems about them. Canon ones are extinct. Dragons are one of the least SW things I have ever seen. Even though they're canon.

And as much as I know, they are Legends canon, which is basically not that canon anymore as the films are.

But I did not join this faction to participate in the dragon-drama. I will leave the discussion, full stop.

Yes, it was a discussion over here, but all the discussions about it put together are a drama. I honour everybody's skills to RP and everybody's decision. I just gave you my arguments and you shared yours. I did not intend to be rude against anybody as I did not spoke of the lack of skills to RP and I did not mention anybody, so if I sounded rude, please forgive me.

Instead of mourning the dragons, we should focus on more important things. We have the Dominion, yes, but we should start doing something else too. Dominion is not as important as Invasion. While indeed, it is important as we have to get it done (I'm sorry that I can't participate in it), we should have kind of like a Skirmish or a faction thread.

I am but a newbie in this faction and I don't feel like forcing us to do something, so I can only spread ideas.
