Order of the Silver Jedi Isolation Chambers
The Temple, Voss
The clean white and silver walls of the underground isolation cells and medical bays were deathly quiet, save a few faint beeps of machinery and air vents from above.

The two medical bays had enough room for eight individuals seeking treatment. Machinery helped sustain life and provide medicines, drugs and other potential life-saving substances. Wounds were treated, rest was maintained and strict observation was crucial to keep the Silver Jedi at the top of their game and ensure they were protected whilst saving the galaxy.

It was heart-breaking to see Padawan Nima Tann occupying one of the beds, the only Silver Jedi in the med-bay, breathing steadily and eyes closed.

She was hooked to a monitor and had small stitches on her forehead and a number of small cloths over nasty looking bruises on her young, crimson skin.

The isolation chamber was a high secure area and was where volatile, dangerous and unstable prisoners were held by the Silver Jedi in order to interrogate them for secrets and preserve the safety of millions they posed a danger to. The holding cells were divided into rooms separated by a thick pane of glass. Each room was divided in two; one half joined to the corridors into the temple, the other half barricaded by glass and where the criminal resided. A basic bunk and dispenser was all that was on the other side; no chances to make weaponry of any kind or use any material objects to take their own life. It was a prison of the highest security, enforced by the Order.

It was heart-breaking to see Master Coci Sinopi and Knight Connor Harrison occupying two of the cells, the only Silver Jedi on the wrong side of the glass, both breathing steadily and eyes closed.

Coci was sat upright, but slumped forward in a meditative posture, but looking lifeless. She had a black vest on and her black trousers and boots, her other items kept out of reach. Her back was evidently covered in gauze to soothe and treat the burn from Kot’s lightsaber attack on the Shri-tal moon.

Connor was laid out on the bed with a number of treated cuts over his body, his attire all residing on the other side of the cell and only his charcoal combat outfit on him. His greatcoat and lightsaber were held in storage on the other side.

It was a dark day for the Silver Jedi, and the eerie silence was awful to be around, especially for Master Thurion Heavenshield. Managing to bring two unconscious Jedi and one fighting a Taung back to Voss was hard enough, but he did it, and after securing Nima with medical aid and moving Connor to isolation again, he now stood opposite his love, Coci Sinopi, in a battle that would test all their resolve.

Masters Matsu Ike and Aika Kawakami had been informed of the situation as soon as Thurion had entered the atmosphere, and would hopefully join him soon as the battle to save the broken Jedi inside the Silver Jedi continued…

The weary Jedi Master had remained by Coci's side ever since their return to Voss after having brought back both Connor and Nima alive, with the Taung spirit now trapped inside the mind of his beloved which had put her in a deep meditative stance. Refusing to leave her side even to get something to eat, he had slept at her bedside the entire night. During his awake hours he'd been praying to the Force and his father's Valkyri gods alike, hoping for some sort of sign in their favour. Sometimes he'd sing to her in the belief that she would hear him through her almost lifeless facade.

He'd received word of Master [member="Aika Kawakami"] and Master-turned-Knight [member="Matsu Ike"] being on their way, and hopefully they would bring with them something that would help to exorcise the demon within Coci. In the back of his head he wished to go see Connor to know he was safe and sound, but he couldn't bring himself to leave her side. As she sat completely still in meditation, he was sat beside her bed holding her hand, feeling her life-force wanting to break through the ordeal but ultimately stuck with keeping the Taung at bay. There were plenty of highly sophisticated medical equipment surrounding them that were more than capable of telling him of her vitals, but their connection through the Force made it so he could sense every aspect of her better than any piece of machinery.

Aika Kawakami

Can one find true light when shadowed in darkness?
Her boots made an audible click with each step as she paced through the halls. This wasn't a place Aika tended to visit, especially considering she had no need to. Even though, to her knowledge alone, she probably should have been in one of the cells, considering her other side seemed to almost be in line with what the spirits had the others doing. Still, it made no sense for her to do all she could to help those who had been possessed. And in Thurion's case, their loved ones as well.

Her steps to a halt a few feet behind where the blonde hared guardian had been, hand clasped behind her back as she normally did. Coci. Connor. Nima. Thurion. There were four physical beings. However, she could easily sense more spirits about. Part of Aika found this disturbing. The other part found this intriguing, to some degree. Almost as if she was curious as to the extent of what these spirits could truly do.

"Thurion... I'm so sorry. But you need to keep some degree of distance between you and Coci, and all them really. At least until we have a full understanding of what is at work here." That should have been it, but nothing was ever that simple..

Her mind reached out to Connor, prodding, almost provoking his mind. Awaken.. Her words stabbed at him, almost as if trying to force him from his slumber, which she no doubt was. Awaken.. This is no time to rest..

She walked among the long grass by the lake, her bare feet treading a path that she and Thurion had walked to discover this place. The sun high in the sky and beating down around her and all the jungle. The humidity thick and clinging to her once more. The sun light sparkled on the water of lake, dancing like white crystals upon the small waves crated by a gentle breeze which swept across the surface to her. This was the only thing that would sooth her skin and mind. Then she stopped, and her head slowly turned to looked deep with the dense foliage that surrounded the lake. A shadow moved there, unseen even by her penetrating black eyes. She sensed danger, but knew well enough that is was.

Her turned back to ignore it.

A sudden gust of the gentle breeze whirled around her, on it came a voice, singing a soft song. A man's voice that entered her mind and remained there. Thurion? she turned around once more and smiled expecting to see him walking toward her, coming home to be with her. But he is not there, not physically anyway, but the singing continued which she allowed to enter her mind. He will be home soon.

The breeze turned once more and became stronger. Looking up into the clear sky, Coci could see a black cloud in the distance approaching her unnaturally fast. She ran, fast to the place they make love, behind the water fall, and waited for the cloud to pass.

Matsu had been more curious when she heard the news not something she had been expecting. The hammers were still being observed and with what information they had been able to get, with what they had found... they had a weapon possibly. That was what she was holding after all as she moved through ship in its way there. The E'ron class proving most effective for working on and developing the pistols... and swords... Blast swords the Silver Jedi could use that would allow them to hopefully disrupt the ancient spirits and thankfully it was on permanent stun setting. Knocking enemies out later one would help protect the people while she bowed her head to the Liran pilot moving forward to sit down and water them arriving. She could sense Aika, sense what was happening. "At least hopefully we will not be two late."

Stood before the Taung warrior, 7ft of a hulking, humanoid mass of muscle and bone, Connor looked up and met the yellow eyes with his cool blue.

There was nothing around them but purple sky and rolling orange clouds – a sickly colour reflecting off the water below their feet.

Jedi and Taung were locked in a gaze with each other. A whistling noise seemed to start in Connor’s head, a dull tone in the back of his brain that was getting louder and louder. It almost sounded like Master Sinopi, but words soon blended into one piercing cry.

Without warning the Taung reached out with his large hands, placing one behind Connor’s head and the other used to pull his neck up violently to break the bone -

Awaken. This is no time to rest..

Connor’s eyes snapped open, seeing the faint yellow light of the holding cell above his bunk. There was no noise except the sound of muted conversation, machinery and cool air vents keeping the chambers comfortable.

Letting out a deep breath, he swung himself up and over the side of the bunk, his boots finding the floor and his elbows to his knees. He held his face in the palm of his hands, rubbing his eyes gently and blocking out all broken thoughts as best he could.

Having no clear recollection of events that led him to be in isolation, Connor did however have a sense of peace about him. He felt as if his connection to the Force had be charged by an invisible battery that was now running to full capacity, opening his senses to all areas of the Force, light and dark, black and white, good and bad.

While he sat and looked through his fingers at the glass separating him from the rest of the temple corridors, Connor saw the crimson skinned Twi’lek under his body and his fingers around her throat on a planet seemingly devoid of life. Who she was, he didn’t know, but what he did know was that the hammer had had found on the Shri-tal was something he needed to investigate more.

And Master Kawakami, what was her point in waking him? She didn’t have business with Connor, but her twisted voice in his head was just another stark reminder that he was here, alive and in isolation.

Connor saw himself on many varied terrain with the Silver Jedi, but he couldn’t recall how he got there or what he was doing, and it was only on those expeditions he really blacked out until recently seen strangling a Twi’lek. Either way, it wasn’t going to be pretty as to why he was here, in pain and nursing a number of cuts and bruises.

Looking up from his hands, he could see the tall figures of Thurion Heavenshield and Aika – she WAS here then – across in another isolation cell across the hall from his. He didn’t move or say anything, he just sat there and waited.

"Thurion... I'm so sorry. But you need to keep some degree of distance between you and Coci, and all them really. At least until we have a full understanding of what is at work here."

Hearing the words of Aika behind him he turned to look at her, grief palpable upon his face. But he solemnly nodded before turning back to gaze upon Coci's face, so still yet beautiful as she sat on the bed in deep trance. He got up on his feet and moved to press his lips upon hers, still warm and soft to his touch. He gave her cheek a last caress before turning away from her, leaving her to her battle against the Taung demon. After taking a few steps he realised how utterly exhausted he was, and his hand reached out to rest against the wall for support.

"Forgive me, Master Kawakami. I'll just need a moment..." he said, taking a few deep breaths to centre himself. This whole ordeal had taken its toll on him, and now it was physically visible in the way he moved and the expression on his face.

Nima Tann

Master of Her Own Destiny
Tick... tock... tick... tock. As she slowly opened her eyes, all she could do was hearing that disturbing voice. She felt every part of her was in pain, and she couldn't move herself, sleeping that much must have made her muscles lazy. She looked at her surroundings, everywhere was white, and she could hear machine voices. That disturbing voice again. She looked at the machine that's near to her, seeing some meaningless numbers and some graphics. "What's... happening here? Where am I?" she asked, but no one was in that room to answer that questions. She was feeling very empty, even she wasn't thinking that clearly. She tried to remember how she came here, but her memory was blocking her to go further. As she controlled herself, she saw the needles in her arms, that caused her to panic a little, as she removed them quickly, she talked again, this time her voice changed into a worrying tone. "Why am I... here?"

For about 5 minutes, she just stood in the bed, still trying to understand what was happening, but she could feel that she could think more clearly now, after removing the needles. What are they doing to her. All she could remember was she was not here before... A planet... yes a planet. She was on a planet with someone else. Someone else that hurt her very much. Then... nothing. Her memory didn't let her go that far, find the truth. An empty space. Could this place be some kind of medbay? She slowly stood up from the bed, started to investigate the place. She could see all the medicines, lined up in a alphabetical order. And the machines... were showing her heartbeat results, as it seemed they were normal. She moved towards the sink with a mirror, to see herself and try to remember what's happening. She was really hurt... Every part of her was covered with cloths and stitches, and she was not wearing her robes, it was more like a hospital gown. She was in a medbay. As she felt the cold water touching her skin, she shook a little. She could think more clearly right now.

Pain... pain again. As she knelt to see if he was okay or not, Knight Harrison attacked her again, this time with such a violence and mercilessly. She could feel his hands at her throat, squeezing tightly, almost choking her to death. She wanted to break free from her grip, but he was so strong. She couldn't breathe... She thought she was dying. She wanted to die. Then, she could sense his grip was starting to get weaker, but feeling a great pain afterwards, as he pushed her head to a rock with such speed, then immediately falling sideways afterwards. She held her head, feeling the warm, red liquid coming from the wound. She was feeling dizzy, her vision started to get all blurry. Looking at the man, who is now unconscious, she felt great anger and hate. With her last strength she took a sharp glass, sat beside him and started to cut his face, crying and shouting. "Enough. You've hurted me enough!" Blood coming from his face, she saw how he became disturbed, moaning in pain from the sudden cuts. Then... coughs... coughs and coughs. She felt she was dying. And maybe she was. Blood coming from her mouth, she felt her eyes were closing, feeling all her strength was slowly fading. Then... emptiness... She was here, when she gained her consciousness again.

As she remembered everything, she felt anger again. She was at Order's medbays. The Order she was running from. And there were nothing that she could use. Her lightsaber, the robe which was her stepfather's gift. All she had was a gown and some needles. She felt all alone there, hearing anything but some whispers and herself. Where were the whispers coming from? Wasn't she alone as she thought? She wanted to learn. As she slowly opened the door, the whispers became louder and clearer. She thought she heard Master Kawakami's voice. Then she started to walk towards the voices. As she continued to walk, she could see Knight Harrison in a cell, all good but still had the cuts on his face. And then she looked at the other cell, the real action was there, she could see familiar faces, Master Ike, Master Kawakami and the ones she was with in Shri-tal. She moved to the isolation cell that Knight Harrison was staying, as she arrived, she looked at the man with such cold eyes, as she even was scared from herself. "You're finally here, huh? Where you belong. In a cell." she touched to the glass, and continued, with a more serious tone. "Too bad there is no Nima to save you from there once again. Not anymore."

Resting his head in his hands, Connor just stared ahead towards the two Masters, but not really paying attention to anything. It was then the crimson skinned Twi'lek suddenly turned the corner of the chambers into his cell. He knew that Twi'lek - he had seen her before.

Standing quickly at the sign of interest given to him, Connor stepped forward a couple of steps away from the glass and stood still, a plain expression on his face with no intimidation or curiosity. Just the cuts, wounds and scars from his blackouts. He watched her touch the glass, and saw the fierce look in her eyes. From the cuts and grazes on her face and gauzes over her lithe body, it was clear this Jedi had been involved in the battle with whatever had taken place within the Order.

"I...my name is Connor Harrison - I'm sorry, Jedi Nima, but I don't recall you or how you know me."

It was the truth, even if it sounded stupid.

"As for this cell, I have no idea why I am here or how I got to be in such a cold place on the wrong side of the glass."

He looked around the cell, and then back to Nima. The anger radiating from her towards him was strong - and it felt dangerous.

"I sense that I have been the cause of this tragedy before us...I am sorry for what hurt I have caused you, and the Order."

Connor's voice was calm and smooth, but tinged with regret as he kept her gaze.

Upon exiting the room where Coci was held and stepping out into the corridor connecting all the cells, he noticed [member="Nima Tann"] looking mighty angered at the mere sight of Connor. Passing Aika he made his way over to her standing outside the cell, keeping a hand at the wall just in case. "Nima", he beckoned. "Come here, girl."

Coming into view for Connor, he watched him carefully as Nima stepped towards him. Once she stood opposite of him he reached out to settle his palm against her cheek, and in an instant he could sense her medical condition. "Are you alright, child? Your body seem to be mending, but it is your mind I worry about." His palm now rested against her shoulder. "I am sorry I could not save you earlier." He looked over her shoulder at Connor in his cell. "Both of you."

The crashing waves echoed in her ears, the smell of salt pitted the air and the cool evening breeze lapped around her body. The sand is cold but nice to the touch, and she walked alone humming a song she hears in her head. On the horizon lightning rages, a vicious display of energy threatening and dangerous. But is it far and not moving toward her. She watches it as sense of foreboding fill her as if perilously close to her but can not touch. Coci stood watching the storm, her face holding no emotion of expression, her eyes penetrated as far as they could see, almost in defiance toward the storm.

She turns away, a smile on her face, as her mind finds another to bring to her minds eye. It is he that grounds her, keeps her alive and within reach. It was almost as if he is close by, a touch of his lips against her forehead and his scent she loves so much. Thurion? she spoke within her mind... and the word would travel along the force bond between them... Are you here? I can not see you my love why can't I see you?.

Behind Nima, Connor saw a different Thurion Heavenshield to that whom he knew before. He looked…tired, and not his usual self. As if his barriers were down and for once he wasn’t thinking about everything else, but his own problems. Swallowing softly as he took Nima aside, Connor looked past them to see the familiar site of Coci Sinopi sat in the opposite cell.

He winced slightly, frowning at the site of a Master whom he had followed also in isolation.

Locked in an embrace…falling…pain…why?

His eyes darted around the room trying to place his thoughts, but he couldn’t. When he returned to Thurion and Nima, he stepped forward, cursing the glass that separated them. Why was he isolated? Did they not trust him? What happened?

”Master Heavenshield – wait.”

Both Twi’lek and human met his gaze – one full of anger, one full of pain.

”What happened? What happened to us? And why is Master Sinopi in isolation? Why am I in isolation?”

The tone in his voice was confusion and frustration and annoyance.

Nima Tann

Master of Her Own Destiny
"What?... WHAT? What do you mean you don't know me?" she felt her anger was growing inside, what was that supposed to mean? Was he playing with her mind again. No... he couldn't... she wouldn't let him do that again. She already learned that lesson. Don't trust anyone. She made a fist and punched the glass with such anger, that she could feel the glass shaking. As she opened her mouth to say something, she could see Master Heavenshield coming towards her. She slowly left the glass alone and looked at him, with cold, questioning eyes. As he stood just opposite of her, he called her to come near. She didn’t want to do it first, considering they were the reason of him hurting her, and destroying her happiness once again. But she was at the Order’s headquarters now and he was a Master, so she obeyed and moved two or three steps towards him, then felt his hand on her cheek.

Questions… questions again. All the Silver Jedi could do was asking questions and pretending that they could save everyone, and she was tired of it. She was here because she had to, if there was a choice, she wasn’t going to come back here again. She slowly looked at Knight Harrison, with cold eyes. “Why is he here?” she asked, ignoring his question. She looked back to the master again. “After all that happened, after all he did, why are you still keeping him here? He’s dangerous! What about Master Sinopi?” as she felt her anger growing, then she heard Knight Harrison’s voice, still acting like the innocent. She was thinking that acting was the another game of his, trying to deceive someone to save him again.

“Let me tell you what’s happening, Knight Harrison.” She said with a cold stare towards him, still continuing to act tough. “You are the whole reason that we are all here right now. You are the reason that Master Sinopi’s in isolation. And you have to stay in isolation, because you caused all this, you are dangerous! Being sorry will not ERASE the past, undo every damage you have done! And now, you are telling me that you don’t even remember me? Let me introduce you myself then.” She stopped there, she could sense something was changing in her aura, getting darker and darker each second. She was getting angry again. “I am Nima Tann, the padawan you have deceived. The padawan you told lies, the padawan you gave false hope. The padawan you’ve hurt… You may not remember me… but you’ve changed me. I trusted you and all you did was trying to kill me! Now don’t tell me anything about being sorry! I DON’T trust you anymore. And they shouldn’t too.” Hardest words ever spoken… She was thinking that saying these would make her pain disappear, but it only reopened the wounds of the past.

Connor stood in silence and just watched the exchange between Thurion and Nima but wasn't prepared for the onslaught that followed. He lifted his head and swallowed when the punch came, licking his top lip quickly and taking a deep breath - he could feel...something, a ripple in the Force and it felt dangerous. It didn't feel...human?

"I...," he started, but was cut short.

Nima turned back to him and was fierce with her words, each one cutting into him like a dagger but each one full of confusion and memories he had no feeling for. Why had he been to blame? What happened?

Darkness radiated from her, and for a moment he felt like the others weren't present. It was just this angry Twi'lek, Nima Tann, refrained from killing him by a wall of glass. What was really stopping her from destroying the room with her anger? It had been done before. She was tapping into the Dark Side, and Connor felt her strength. But why was she allowed to walk the chambers if she was so unstable?

He felt she could be something wonderful for the Silver Jedi...if she controlled it.

After her final words, stinging like a needle and as cold as ice, Connor nodded softly and looked at her.

"Nima Tann. I do not remember you, nor know what I have done and if you won't tell me, I suggest you leave us. You are unstable, and clearly not thinking straight. I would never hurt a fellow Jedi, especially one so gifted as you. I give you my word, whatever has happened between us I have no memory of it."

He held up his finger to silence her, feeling her want to speak again. He didn't lose her gaze.

"Whatever has gone on, I will do my best to fix all the errors I have made and hurt caused. However I will not answer to you in that tone. I am still a Knight of the Order, and you are a Padawan. You are hurting, and angry and I can feel it. But do not lose yourself to that emotion that will cloud you vision and hurt you...as I did..."

A sigh escaped his lips and he shook his head, turning away.

"I will do what I must to repair the damage I have inflicted upon the Order. And I will do what I can to restore your faith in the Order. And me. The Order hasn't hurt you Nima Tann. I have. Be angry with me, not them. They have done nothing wrong except try to protect you from the evil I failed to see."

A single tear fell from his eye, blinking it away quickly, feeling the surge of hatred for himself at his failings to control the light and dark as he once swore he would.

Matsu arrived and moved quickly, she was listening with the force as she heard voices. The padawan from the class with Aika and Connor Harrison, there was Thurion and possibly others while she moved. Hearing the end of Nima speaking as her eyes watched the cell. She hated cells, disliked places like this but she knew some of the dangerous things that could come as she spoke holding the case of the blade blasters with a smile. "Padawan we do not hold grudges and I bring hopefully something that can help master Sinopi..." She left off the maybe, testing the effectiveness of something designed to help one reestablish control from an ancient spirit... well it is very hard when there is only one captured being. Testing it harder and theories were all they had.

Nima Tann

Master of Her Own Destiny
As she heard Knight Harrison's words, she evilly looked at him, as if she wanted to kill him with her eyes. "What? I am unstable? I am not thinking straight? You are the one here that caused all this, and you even don't remember anything. YOU..." as she felt the anger was striking again, she stopped, wanting not to go far in front of Master Heavenshield, she calmed down a little bit and continued. "You don't even remember me." The last words were a little quieter than the others, she stopped here, feeling sad as she recalled the last events. "But I remember you. I remember you hurt me. I don't care whatever spirit that possessed you, but it was your hands that squeezed my throat hardly, wanting me dead. It was your voice that I was hearing when you told me that how I was weak and wortless and I don't deserve to live." her voice started to shake, but she was keeping on her cold tone. " I... I trusted everything you said once. And you've betrayed me. Don't want me to trust you again. I can't. You can't just fix everything." She felt sadness and anger mixing, as it reflected to her voice. She was very angry, with Knight Harrison, with the masters, but with herself more. She was very weak, always letting everyone to decide for her. It had to change. She had to stand for her own thoughts, she had to be the master of her own destiny.

Then, she heard Master Ike's voice, heartwarming and calm. She looked at the case that she was holding. That must have been the device that could save Master Sinopi. But she was wrong at something she said. Nima wasn't holding a grudge, she was thinking reasonable. As she watched that Master Ike slowly going into the other cell, she talked, looking at Master Heavenshield. " Why is everyone acting like nothing had happened? That is why the Silver Jedi is extinct, right? You are trusting who you shouldn't. You think that you can guide them... you think you can change them. Then when the right time comes they betray you and kill you. You are thinking everyone is either good or bad. But no... that's not that simple. You have made a big mistake to bring him here again. You shouldn't have trusted me too. I was the one... that opened that cell. I was weak. You should've killed me there. Yet... you gave me a second chance to live again." she stopped, looking at Knight Harrison with cold eyes. "That's why the Order is weak." Why was she acting like that? It was not her brain talking, anger was controlling her. She was talking like a Sith, but maybe... she was right... The thoughts started to fly in her head, what if the Jedi was really weak? Darkness... cold... anger... There were all she could feel.

Connor didn't turn to look at Nima, as it would only enrage her further probably, and he knew how dangerous it was to walk the line between light and dark and not have control. Nima Tann clearly was hurt, and it was up to him to try and repair the damage he had caused. But not in this cell, not under the eye of the Order.

As Master Ike appeared, Connor turned at the sound of her voice and what she said.

"Master Ike, please - let me help anyway I can to save the Order. I need to know what I have done to Master Sinopi."

Ingoring Nima was intentional; she wasn't fit to talk to in this way and he needed to get out of the cells before he did anything further. He saw the vortex of conflict in her, and he needed to explore it away from the others to make sure she could be saved.

He paced up and down his cell, watching Nima, almost baiting her as she vented against him. This would do nothing to help her fate, and she would end up in isolation too - or expelled from the Temple - if she continued.

"Padawan, control yourself! Your issue is with me, not the Order. And save your breath about chances - I have been given a chance at redemption and so have you, so stop this. Now."

Connor stopped and shook his head.

"When I am free from here we will talk calmly, and rationally and I will help you find your way again. Right now, we have more important issues to deal with. I will fix all the mistakes I have made - I swear to you."

His voice wavered with a dark edge that made his promise seem like it was something he would do regardless of who tried to stop him.

Aika Kawakami

Can one find true light when shadowed in darkness?
Just loud enough to be heard, her foot stomped, hoping to gather the attention of the others. She had stood by, essentially silent the three of them verbally went after one another. It wasn't that this bothered her in any particular way. It was more that it had no end in sight. The three of them could argue for the next decade, and still it would lead absolutely nowhere. It was this fact, that set Aika off.

"The three of you. Silence. I've had enough of your aimless bickering.." Her feet brought her forward a few paces, halting as she stood close enough for all to see her. Her eyes first fell to Connor within his cell. The momentary silence, and the obviously agitate look within her eyes should have been more than enough to draw the knights attention. "You were corrupted, taken over by an ancient spirit. What that spirits intention \s for you were, I don't know. And honestly, I don't care. You attempted to turn us against one another, and even attempted to have the others look at me as the source of evil. You allowed your mind to become so weak, that it could be controlled by another. You are weak...and that is why you failed. And that is why you are in isolation. And that is why you share fault."

With no pause, her gaze shifted to the young Twi'lek. Aika could easily feel it, something stirring within the girl. Something different. "Nima. You are no better. Here you are, telling Connor he should have killed you when he had the chance.. But would that not have been counter productive? And then call us all weak for preserving your life? This is no secret, but I could reduce your mind to nothing if I so choose to. But what would that bring me? What would anyone of us gain?.. You speak before thinking. That will lead to you acting without thought. That is why you fail. And that is what makes you weak. And the moment I see that weakness do a thing to threaten my life, I will be sure to rip your soul from your body."

Her head turned to the blonde haired master, eyes simply resting on his obviously fragile form. But at the moment, Aika reached out mentally. Not to him, but to Coci as she sat in an almost hibernation state. She could feel the life within the shadow, the strife within her being. You are not alone... You cannot advance alone, but you are not alone. Trust me... Follow me... I will guide you.. Her attention on Thurion once more, her head simply shook. "She will be fine.. IN time. She may pull away. If so, do not give chase."

Her head shifted one final time, eyes landing on her former master. "Lady Ike.. You mentioned you have something that may help... Please, enlighten us.."

As the short snap of Aika took over the isolation cell, Connor listened to her scorn him and Nima.

She spoke the truth - but his tone soured him. His fist clenched at her preaching of what was so definite in her view of the way things were.

He stepped a couple of feet forward in the cell after she had finished. It was clear her loyalty lay with those she trusted more than others who had fallen before.

"Aika!" Connor called, not shouting. "Maybe this simply brought about how it's not just you who has touched the edge - or how it's not only you who has experienced both light and dark and wish to embrace it for all the right reasons. Watch your tongue around me. I'm not the same Knight you looked down upon before, I tell you that now."

He turned and walked back to his bunk with purpose, spinning and sitting down, linking his hands between his legs, elbows on his knees, and watched the fragile few before him, protected by the glass.

Aika Kawakami

Can one find true light when shadowed in darkness?
A quiet, nearly silent sigh escaped her lips as the angered knight spoke, though her eyes never left the figure of her own master.

"Oh...Connor... You tire me. You have a sharp tongue. Be smart.." Her hand raise till it was even with her hip, extending it, palm facing the ground, toward Connor as she sat upon the bed. She reached out with the force, suddenly gripping the knight's throat. Just as quickly she gripped his throat, her hand dropped, aiming to use the Force to yannk him from his bunk towards the floor, head and face first. Not hard enough to cause any serious injury, but hard enough to hopefully knock some sense into him. "Think before you aim your tongue. If you don't, next time, I'll see it removed from your mouth. Now, silence."

Her attention remained on Matsu, wanting to hear what she had come up with.
