Why don't you wear your faction's tag?

Mine is entirely aesthetic. I do what I think looks good with the rest of the avatar that still makes sense for the character's personality.

I have the GA tag on and haven't actually done a single thing with it, but I do like how it looks for this character lol.

I carry my faction tag because it is just so pretty. Yet, I have often been tempted to switch it out in order to strengthen the enigmatic characteristics of my character. Some people will presume to know your affiliation simply based on your faction tag. As if it was hovering over your character's head.

For me it depends which two tags sum them up best, based on the character, or just what I like the sound of describing them as based on where they are in their development or story.

Same here. Moreover, none of my chars are defined by their major faction membership. For instance, Kaida and Elpsis aren't beholden to SSC, they just live there. It doesn't say much about function or character.
