I looked around the room to find a sword that was more common among civilian sectors.

"Could you point out to me which kind? Making you a lightsaber will be easier if I know how it should be balanced."

" it was just a simple design but had a black blade... been ages though since i've used it.." he added

"Was it one-handed, or curved, or something? Molded in a specific way to your hand?"

" uh. i don't really remember, it got broken years ago and iv not held a blade since" she said

So she didn't remember.... I could help her choose, or even force one on her, though she would probably not accept that.

"So, what appeals to you? Long handle, short handle, metal, wood, crystal?"

So many choices for the girl, and I wasn't going to make her choose.

"Of course, you can try all of them, or even use something completely different. It's important that you choose what you're comfortable with. Your life may depend on it, one day."

" well i would not mind trying to use the lightsaber" she said looking at him " be something new, and i like learning new things"

"Yes, I do hope so. Variety is the spice of life... And you can mold yourself to be anybody you want through the Force. Weak, strong, rich, poor. Anything is yours, as long as you have the power."

I nodded at the girl approvingly.

"Many Sith specialize in exotic weapons. If you see something you like and want to try, feel free to do so. Lightwhips, alchemized swords, and even nets and other ranged weapons."

" Did you way whip? a lightwhip? how does that work?" she asked sounding curious now. [member="Bond"]

 

[Raijin Arashi]

"It's just like a regular whip... Only with energy flowing up and down it to do damage to the wielder's target. I have one around here, somewhere, for when I get sick of cutting people to bits."

I looked around the room, not seeing the whip, and then I shrugged.

"It's probably hidden, along with my own lightsaber."

" oh that sounds cool." She said yawning " i almost forgot i was still tired" she added with a laugh.

"Go ahead and sleep, Goldilocks. I have some things to plan out. Like how to train an apprentice."

I laughed weakly, and lounged on my couch.

"And also what my title as a Darth should be."

" Could you please not call me that, thats what my dad always called me and i hate it" she said sighing and shook her head.

"Sorry, Blondie. My mind works in weird ways, and everybody has a nickname. Usually based on appearance. So, I guess you could say I was making fun of you. Forgive an old guy his jokes."

I relaxed even more, sinking into the couch.

"Seriously, though, go ahead and sleep. Anywhere specific you wanna go? Or is 'anywhere but here' a good enough destination?"

" i dont care long as i'm as far from here as we can be. and my nickname is Maddy.. or if you wish call me Mad what a few of my friend use to call me" she said laughing

"If I were to call you Mad, half the Sith Lords in the galaxy would look up and respond. 'Mad' is definitely a quality very common in them. But don't worry, Blondie, I'm perfectly sane."

I of course totally ignored the other proffered nickname, because I was pulling [member="Maddy"]'s leg. Let her think her Master was a senile old thing. Might be funny to watch.

"Anywhere but here, it is! But we gotta wait for my friend to come back, first. He doesn't like being alone on big planets."

" eh alright will i'm going to bed" she said turning and walked off.

I laid down on the couch, and just waited.... And then I heard a knock on the ramp, and I hit the button to admit Shockwave, my big, purple-and-gold assistant.

"Alright, then, let's get hopping."

I walked to the cockpit, and sat down in my cushy pilot's chair, and set a course for Endor. Out of the way, filled with abandoned stuff, and a perfect place to practice using the Force. The only problem was the fething Ewoks... But they usually knew better than to stray into the path of a lightsaber.

Maddy found the room and put herself down before flopping down on the bed almost instantly falling asleep.

As soon as I had set our course, I spun in my chair, and looked at Shockwave.

"So, what were you wandering around for?"

<< We ran out of fuel cells for those speeder bikes you hate so much. I went to go get some more.>>

"Ugh. Here's hoping those Nexus come in before I have to train the girl with the bikes. I can't think of any mode of transportation I hate more."
