Matsu bowed her head while standing up straight now as she looked over the princess who seemed able to keep it iced and ready. "Impressive princess Polaris. Not many have skills to touch the ice let alone keep it from thawing quickly." She was impressed and it showed on her face before Matsu motioned with her hand to come and sit in the grass near the waters she had gotten from the wellspring that pulsed with force energy. "This is one of my favorite places in the garden on the ship. near the waters of the wellspring and under the leves of the force trees we were able to rescue. THe stone resonate with the force."

It took a lot of effort for Polaris not to suddenly start bragging about her personal life, and how she used ice on a daily biases. Luckily she pulled through and managed to sit normally on the ground next to the Master, staring into the pond of water which she herself even could feel quivers of life of some sort. "Yeah, I can feel it. A little. I'm not really all that into the Force, honestly." She admitted quickly. "I just know about it."

Ah so she wasn't one for the force but she had the skills and uncontrolled skills could be dangerous for many things. "Ah I see, you have talent and that it isn't woldly going out of control means you do know what you are doing. THat is the only thing I might have been concerned about." She had a smile while she was going over some of the things with a hand in the grass tapping it while it got a little larger and moved with her hand. "I take it you are not one for questions and I am sorry. I have not many naturally skilled without them being in some form of force sect."

A few questions were beginning to seem more and more little troubles for all of the generous offerings and companionship provided. Her eyes gently danced with the blades of grass as they moved about, then her gaze trailed up the arm, to the face to the Jedi once more. "I don't mind questions, not at all." She lied quickly, in determination to make her hostess feel better. "If you wish to tell me about the Force you may."

Oh well where to start, she looked at her carefully thinking about it and nodded bringing one hand up as white puffs of energy distorted the air creating a generated ball from the force energy ll around the garden. "well where to start the obvious one is light and dark but the time of a princess is valuable compared to a humble jedi master. In truth my teaching are usually with students who wish to stay and learn rather then ones I am taking home to safety... Though last girll I rescued I did get several kisses from." She said it jokingly while remembering rescuing the Falleen from her captors after she made jedi knight and all the interesting times they had after that. "I taught her a few things about my studies of the witches on dathomir and shamans."

Oh, it was as simple as that then. Polaris simply shook her head and looked away to the side. "I don't want to learn then. I'm sorry for even trying to ask. Where will the ship be headed?" She asked quickly, trying to get away from the conversation as quickly as possible, and more so to a new one.

"There is no reason to be sorry, questions are good but you seemed to be being more polite then interested. I would rather not be like many of the other jedi preaching the lightside of the force." She remained there going with the conversation change. "We are heading to the one place I know some people are. My research outpost on the planet studying the ropo's and wampa's. We've been here for a couple of years now and not seen many others aside from a few ships."

"Then it's perfect," The princess said, barely giving the Jedi time to finish her sentence. She was relieved she didn't pester her any further about training, or personal questions. It brought her a small wave of inner peace. "I can hide out there until I think of something new. Are you sure I cannot do anything in return for all of your help?"

Matsu thought about it and really there wasn't anything she wanted as a reward. The jedi master preferred some of the things there and here but... she just shrugged a little. "Not really, rewards are fleeting. I prefer cultivaing friendships and nurturing talent. I just want to make sure you are safe and not in any danger." Besides there were worse things that could happen, she was sure others would have wanted more from her. A princess usually meant credits and rewards they could take for themselves. "You don't need me trying to take advantage of your bank accounts, I'd rather you just get to be here and enjoy your time."

Generous and caring to the end. Perhaps the Jedi kind were better for business and such. Explains a lot of history, why they were usually poor in the past and unable to do much but get volunteers rather than well paying workers. Then again, that was all history in the end of the day. "I give you my thanks. It's the least I can do." She replied at last, after sitting quiet in the grass and staring at the stream. She was ready to go to her next home.

THank was more then enough to the jedi master as she laid back in the grass and spread out her arms enjoying the feeling of her hands i the grass. "We should be docking with the place son, it is near the remains of the old rebel base serving with the caves." A small look through the grass though at the princess was quite interesting. She was a pretty girl and being here on Hoth well it wasn't the most ideal place to live or stay all of the time. "Are you certain there isn't anywhere else you might wish to go? There is an entire galaxy to explore and I have nothing pressing. I can protect you or even show you some of the wonders that have been discovered."

The Princess had a very clear hesitation on her face, slowly looking down to the Jedi. "I don't mean to be rude, but I have a thing for wanting to be alone... I hope you can understand that." She said with a gentle tone in the back of her throat. Despite everything she was offered, she was still herself and still didn't like to cause more trouble than she needed when she was trying to relax.

SHe looked up at her with a small pout to her lips before noddig. "Alright princess but if you ever get tired with being alone know that you do have a friend in me and I can show you things." Solitude was well something she enjoyed as well but she knew the need at times to be around people. To want to at least have some contact with others in the long run and she could provide that even if just bringing food to make sure she was eating right. "At least have a way for me to check in on you so I know you are safe. A pretty young woman like you all alone is just asking for someone to try and stalk you."
