Dominion Wipeout | Elysium Dominion of Castilon

Castilon, an ocean world not far from Elysium Space, once the home of The Colossus. A planet claimed by The Empire. The nautical ship, HMS Kay Arenais, has been sent deep into the planet's oceans to investigate the wreck of an ancient ship in hopes that it may be scavenged. However something has gone wrong: The ship has stalled. Two thousand yards under the sea. With a crew dispatched to investigate the ancient ship, the remaining passengers on HMS Kay Arenais must navigate a maze of problems, from returning power to the ship, to dealing with crazed crew members.

iu
Objective One: The Ship | Before the HMS Kay Arenais lost power, a squad was dispatched to investigate an ancient ship. With no way to communicate with HMS Kay Arenais, the squad has not been recalled. Investigate the ancient ship.

iu
Objective Two: The Crew | Stranded under the sea in a ship with no power has caused some crew members to act odd...in some cases violently. Those that are still sane must find a way to get the others under control.

iu
Objective Three: The Monster | The final challenge, unbeknownst to the crew, a monster has found its' way to the ship and now circles it, waiting until an opportunity to strike presents itself.

Well this was certainly a great situation Loreena had gotten him in.

She had given The Empire permission to use her ship, HMS Kay Arenais, for an expedition into Castilon's waters where an unidentified, ancient ship had sunk. It seemed like an interesting idea and a good way to spend time with her, but things had flipped upside down. Not long after they had dispatched a squad to examine the remains of the ancient ship, HMS Kay Arenais lost power. Now, the backup systems were working, but everything was limited...no temperature control, dim and flickering lights, and whatnot. The worst of the issues were the inability to recall the divers, and the lack of engine power, meaning they were stuck under water until they could get power working again.

Everyone was tense, Rex did not blame them for it....being stuck thousands of feet under water wasn't fun. They all wanted to go home. Rex sighed, then approached the chief engineer of the nautical ship. "Well, what are we looking at here? Think we'll get power back soon, or are we stranded?"

"We're working on it sir, but it could be another three hours until we can make it back to the surface. We don't know what caused it but there was a power overload, lots of fried circuits to remove, rewire, and replace. We've got the equipment, but it's a slow process."

"Alright. If you require anything from me, I'm happy to help."

The engineer nodded, returning to his duties.

Rex took a seat, looking out into the sea, the dark blue water creating a sense of peace. But in the distance there was no light...and that made him uneasy. Anything could be out there and they wouldn't see it coming until it reached them.

Come along, she said. It'll be fun, she said!

Objective: 1 - Investigate The Ancient Ship
Gear: Sidearm Blaster Pistol

I was getting too old for these adventures, my wife reminding me before leaving on another adventure. A man of my age, sixty-one seasons, should be thinking about or already enjoying retirement. I've seen more of the galaxy than a family man should, but the galaxy has a unique way of getting itself into trouble; and then people like myself have to rescue it. And now, surrounded by water and the unknown, captured in a powerless underwater ship, it was up to me to lead my handpicked team of six to continue the mission.

The mission, to investigate an ancient ship resting at the bottom of this little pond. Luckily for us, we were able to tether to the ancient ship before the power went poof! Unlucky for us, all communications to the surface were, for a lack of a better word, dead. We had no idea if another party was being dispatched to find what became of our situation. I could only hope when we fail to miss our next check-in, somebody would connect the dots and send out a search team. Fingers crossed. For now, the mission.

"Listen up boys," I began whilst looking each man in the eye before adding, "We do this by the books. No heroics! No breaking ranks! Inside that underwater tomb of a ship, my word is law. My orders are not to be questioned but followed without complaint. Remember, gents, our mission is to investigate only, which means we mark rooms bearing importance. We do not....I repeat....do not remove anything off that ship. That will be the salvage team's responsibility. We don't know how long that ship has been there, nor do we know what has made that ship it's home. And no, I'm not referring to monsters, but biological entities. Are we clear on this? Good. Let's move out."

Objective III
Take the Monster, Mold the Monster
HMS Kay Arenais

There is plans, then there are fucked up plans. This obviously, is a fucked up plan that really did not go to end well. All this time, he wanted to glance at the monster that he so carefully took the precautionary measures, keeping himself hidden from view and even making sure to bribe the right people. What happened instead, is that the ship is now six thousand feet underneath the ocean and he himself, was stuck at the bottom of it with no support and no help. If he could scream, he would in pure agonizing anger and frustration, though he is sure the entire starship would implode just from him having a hissy fit. Instead, he had to mold the plan around the incident and before his stature, his finger pressing against the wall nearby and smearing blood into ritualistic symbols.

"Damn idiots. Why would you want to observe something this close?! It needs...a delicate and harsh touch."

Echo, hiding with his unusual name of Lord Ethachios was currently on the bow section of the ship, outlooking from the transpartisteel glass was a massive creature that was floating around from the outside of the starship. A magnificent creature indeed, only wishing for its own survival and hunger for others. Smearing the last of the blood, he merely glanced at the closed door as several hands banged onto the outside of the door. Giving a rather tired sigh, not liking the noise, he let it slide open as two occupants come in, only for them to get pulled extremely fast inside. Once pulled, they did not stop and sickenly hit nearby bolted chairs and tables.

It was easy to make traps and not waste power, burn a few holes into the hull and use the plasma to weld them together. Closing the door with the Force, he gripped one of the bodies and threw it next to another body. The blood was nearly out from the other one, he grabbed as he tossed it into the corner of the room where a small pile of bodies were stacking up. He needed all the blood he could get, it would be his ticket out of here and more so, a Sithspawn he will soon warp and use against his conquest against the Infernal Jedi.

Vera had been in Elysium Empire Space the past few days, setting up her legal practice. With the fall of the Confederacy, Vera had had to transfer her practice to parties where it would be most useful.

Downloading Elysium Laws had been trivial, nothing Vera hadn't seen before. She could easily adapt her protocols and counter forensics measures.

Due to her freelance spy guise of Alice, however, she was making far more money that way than even as a Lawyer who had never lost a case.

For example she had agreed to tail an Elysium Intelligence officer they suspected had been flipped by the Maw. No direct action...she was mere to observe a drop off, memorize the face of the buyer, than tail them.

It had been going swimmingly...she had come aboard via stealth field and had been on her way after exploring the ship systems.

And then the power had gone out.

"Alice" was caught off guard by this development but quickly rebounded. Right now, it was important not to lose sight of her objective. They might cancel the drop off, they might not.

Alice wandered the corridors observing developments. The crew was being driven mad by something. They were attacking others.

In the past The Android would have stood back, amused. But the faintest smidgen of empathy had its roots now, and "Alice" randomly decided to indulge it, non lethally subduing crazed crew with sleeper holds by sneaking up on them, to the bewilderment and fear of some other passengers who couldn't see what was helping them.

She had to reach her target. There could be no delay. If someone was trying to feed information on this faction to the Maw, they had to be caught as soon as possible. She would attempt to help others along the way but right now this was about helping the faction as a whole.

Her Anti-Security Blade came in handy, shutting off key electronic looks in her path...

Objective 2: The Crew

Wearing: Black leather jacket/no shirt/Loose black toga pants/combat boots

Weapons: Crimson red lightsaber in the inner pocket of his jacket

(POV)

As the clanking of the inner corridors on the ship grew louder, in the cargo hold, tucked neatly between some luggage where I found a cozy resting spot, I was awakened suddenly. Considering I never really sleep..none the less my subconscious slumber was disturbed. ((Who or what in frigg is going on here?)) I thought to myself as i peeked above the seemingly mountainous cargo in the hold. Getting aboard was easy..Using the force to manipulate members of the crew into thinking i was a part of an excavation team was simple. Looking for these rumored crystals on the island was going to be rather difficult as I realized..I'm underwater..and this large vessel isnt moving an inch. I needed answers..

Looking around I quickly hone my senses to listen in the distance to a faint scream, More pressure against the ship and..another presence not too far from here. My brow would lower as I grinned and began walking towards the entrance to the cargo hold. Strange...Not a soul in sight. Did I scare them off and blow my cover while i was dormant? No..I was more careful than that. I'm feeling a bit peckish....Perhaps if i run into a crew member, I will find the answers to my questions before feeding time.

"Hellooooo?" I would yell curiously as the lights flickered on and off. This was a morbid setting and I have to admit. I kind of like it. I used my Force alacrity to quickly speed down the hallway..smelling blood nearby.

Objective: 2

Finally. The HMS Kay Arenais was having it's maiden voyage. It had been sitting in drydock for many standard months after it's completion. And finally once the Elysium Empire acquired some territory, Lori searched for an opportunity to test her out. Aquatic vessels are....okay...in space. But it was deep under the heavy pressures of an ocean environment where they really shined.

And of course there were hiccups...

How embarrassing!

Lori had talked Rex Valhoun Rex Valhoun into coming along after spouting out the incredible stats of her enormous sea-faring vessel, which now didn't seem so incredible. At least the hulls seemed to be holding. Other than that the systems seem to be malfunctioning, with the heat off, lights flickering and communications out. It was almost like being in a horror holo-movie. But she doubted that much.

Arla kept close with her as they moved through the corridors to get to engineering. "Keep an eye out for HNS, Lori."

"HN-what?"

"High-pressure Nervous Sickness. People with it experience tremors, slurred speech, and it can alter their behaviour."

"Alter it how?"

"Usually violent or manic."

"Okay, so is everyone going to get it given that we're so deep under water?"

"No. No one can predict who can get it. Just keep an eye out for tremors and erratic behaviour."

Lori sighed a little, shaking her head as there was surely going to be people that'll be panicking while they were stuck down here already. "Alright, if we find anyone with the sickness, we'll send them to the brig. Or confine them to quarters." Maybe she could blame the sickness on what had happened to shut some of the ship's systems down. It'd certainly be better than saying that her ship's maiden voyage was a failure.

A voice echoed through the hallways, calling out a hello. It sounded kind of creepy, but that was partially due to the lights. "All's good here!"

Objective III
Take the Monster, Mold the Monster
HMS Kay Arenais

The room was almost filled with blood of various races now, bodies of over a dozen had now filled the corner of the room. The symbols were slowly being finished, many taken in the forms of High Sith drawings he had seen so long ago and perfected in the centuries that followed. Giving a small dot on the last one, he glanced at the body that still had a bit of blood leftover before tossing it backwards against a different wall. A bit of insurance in case there was any requirements of fixing up any of the symbols.

The presence of others in the Force were a bit strong, but he did not heed the worry. He may soon be out of this, his twisting of another beings mind that will soon be his! Though little did he know, that nearby others that had a connection to the Force would soon find his location, a jammed door that was soon going to be released. Furthermore, little did he know he may run into the Vampric being known as Jeshi Chade again and possibly foil his plans. Speaking in Sith, he grasped he placed his fingers onto the Transparisteel Glass and spoke loudly.

"Nimyi irsia na nimyi natura, samyi ki nimyi natura na nimyi midwan. Titsû ri nimyi asarsi tuti na nimyi midwan, ri nimyi midwan irsia ri nimyi waria!"

Ancient being with ancient life, follow my ancient life with ancient power. Let the ancient mind be with ancient power, our ancient power being our ancient will!

Outside the HMS Kay Arenais, down where they were buried underneath the ocean, the creature would start to turn quickly and slowly thrash, as if fighting against the will of another being. Its waves slowly rocking portions of the ship gently but never getting anywhere as it desperately fought against him.

POV: Dr. Veinstein Dr. Veinstein
Location: Medbay, HMS Kay Arenais
Interacting with: N/A

Veinstein had been in the middle of monitoring some important equipment when, all of a sudden, the ship lost power. All of the machines around him powered down, everything was pitch black for a couple of seconds as the lights went out; a calm, serene void of darkness, almost as if it was a precursor to something about to happen. The calm before the storm.

Then, the emergency power kicked in. The lights flickered, along with the reddish glow of the emergency lights. Some of the machines around him regained some power, beeping in alarm, alerting Veinstein to errors. Screens on the machinery flashed warning signs, signaling that a critical error had occurred. Something weird definitely had happened. Some sort of malfunction on the ship, maybe. It didn't help, though, that they were now stuck at the bottom of an ocean with only emergency power. Well... this was certainly an interesting situation.

Dr. Veinstein picked up his commlink and activated it. "So uh... what happened to the power? Any chance we can get this show on the road?" He said over the commlink. "Also, if anybody starts to experience High-pressure neurological syndrome or any electroencephalographic abnormalities, get them to the medbay, and I'll give them something to calm them." He continued.

Then, he switched over to another channel. He again activated the communication line, contacting the small duo of supersoldiers he brought along as a backup plan, just in case. Something often went wrong, and Veinstein found that the Subjects were very good at handling unexpected situations. Veinstein always liked to have a contingency plan.

"73?" Veinstein asked over the channel.

"Here," the voice of Subject 73 Red Subject 73 Red replied. "I already know what you're gonna say, me and PITT are on the way to engineering already."

"And the other?" Veinstein asked, referring to the other two Subjects he had brought along.

"Busy." Red replied matter-of-factly.

Veinstein shrugged. "Eh, alright, just do what you can to get the power on. Veinstein, out." He said, before closing the channel.

Red and Pitt walked down the dim hallways of the HMS Kay Arenais, their footsteps echoing throughout the hallways. Red wore his armor, and was holding his helmet in his left arm. Pitt walked alongside him, carrying a box of tools. Great... looks like they were put on maintenance duty... Perfect... Just how Red wanted to spend his day, fixing a broken ship far beneath the surface of the ocean.

"Hellooooo?"
"All's good here!"

Red heard the voices come from another hallway. Him and Pitt walked towards the voices, searching for them. Turning a corner, him and Pitt stepped out right in front of Loreena Arenais-Valhoun Loreena Arenais-Valhoun and her companion Arla. Red nodded at her. "You guys on maintenance duty too?" Red asked them.

"Hi Loreena!" Pitt exclaimed. "Isn't this exciting? I always wanted to work on a stranded ship under dangerous circumstances!"

"Yes, well, hopefully we won't stay stranded for longer. You know where engineering is? We've kinda just been guessing our way to where it is." Red said.

Hopefully they could get this over with soon. Red really didn't like being trapped down here. Something felt... wrong, like something was about to happen.

And it seemed like they might not have to wait much longer to find out what that something is.

"This gives a new meaning to Sea sickness wouldn't you say?" I asked with a grinning smile as I ran down the hallway letting the force guide me and stood mere feet in front of Loreena Arenais-Valhoun Loreena Arenais-Valhoun . (Subject 73. Pitt.Lori) .....It was not hard to close my eyes and let the force guide my movements. After all..It was like a dance. A perfect balance of tango..An equilibrium, or pandora's box depending on your point of view.

"Capt'n Chade. At your service madame...(I slowly looked over at the others)....Annnddd..Company. Oh, and if your looking for crew members of the Arenais..So am I...It's feeding time." I stated snarkily as my eyebrows would furrow up and down comically and my eyes began to blacken due to the surge in venomous power taking over. It had been disgusting resorting to womp rats..tiny critters..bugs and supplemental blood from hospitals and clinics. Such a low life to live. And time was ticking for me..Not only did I need to find those crystals on the Island Noesh, I also needed to find what was happening here. And trust me when I tell you..If there is sorcery at play...I need to harness it and evolve it for my personal use.

Subject 002 Tarnish

Behind where Rex sat, Tarnish stood, his menacing presence imposing on those around him. The other members of the crew were terrified of the massive creature, Tarnish's appearance horrifying and disgusting. His massive, tall frame. His pale white skin. His lanky, absurdly long arms. His skinny, wasted appearance. He was a terrifying sight to behold, and many members of the crew of the ship did their best to stay as far away from the creature as possible. But, Tarnish was used to this treatment, and they were rightfully afraid. Tarnish was, in fact, the monster he looked like. He had killed and slaughtered countless people, pain and grief following wherever he went.

Tarnish stared forward. Red might have been Dr. Veinstein Dr. Veinstein 's contingency plan, but Tarnish was the nuclear option. In case they needed a monster so terrible to counter something as equally terrible. And Tarnish was used to being the monster in the dark. He inspired fear and pain, slaughtering men by the droves.

Then, from inside the ship, Tarnish felt... a growing presence. A Dark Side presence was festering like a cancer from within the ship, gnawing hungrily at whatever it could find. He could feel it grow and burgeon, its corruption beginning to take place, drawing in more and more power. Using the Force, he searched through the ship, scanning for the source. Then, through the Force, he heard the incantation.

"Nimyi irsia na nimyi natura, samyi ki nimyi natura na nimyi midwan. Titsû ri nimyi asarsi tuti na nimyi midwan, ri nimyi midwan irsia ri nimyi waria!"

Tarnish knew that language. That was an invocation in Sith. Someone was preforming a dark side ritual. Suddenly, from outside the ship, Tarnish felt another presence. Something much larger, something much older. Perfect... Sith rituals usually spelled bad news anywhere, so this certainly wasn't a good omen.

"Sith are onboard this ship..." Tarnish uttered, speaking to Rex. "The Dark Side is strong here... I hope you have taken... measures in preparation in case something like this would happen."

"If not, your engineers will not repair this vessel in time."

Rex listened to the various conversations around him, but he wasn't really paying attention. He was thinking, about his eventual coronation, about the future of The Empire, and other administrative things. But one voice made his thoughts stop dead in their tracks. A chill crept up his spine as the voice spoke to him...

"Sith are onboard this ship..." Tarnish uttered, speaking to Rex. "The Dark Side is strong here... I hope you have taken... measures in preparation in case something like this would happen."

"If not, your engineers will not repair this vessel in time."

Rex knew the source...it was one of Veinstein's..."creations". Rex didn't like Veinstein very much, but he recognized the man was a necessary ally. Or at least he was. Now The Empire had other allies, and Rex did not understand why his father allowed such an evil man to live within The Empire, but he did. This particular creation was a terrifying thing...pale, monstrous, and certainly not something Rex wanted to be stranded with. However it seemed to want to help him.

Rex stood up and faced the creature, then speaking softly as to avoid causing a panic, he said "Did you say Sith? Where?"

Of course there was security here, the only possible heirs to the throne were on board the ship...but if a Sith was here, the security forces may not be enough. Rex thought for a moment, then called out, "Lori!? You around?" He hadn't kept up with her, and now he was regretting his lack of awareness. She could be in danger if a Sith were on board, and he'd rather her be near him and this...subject...since the subject was the one that seemed to know something.

Objective: 2

Of all the people in all the Galaxy, Subject 73 Red Subject 73 Red was one of the last that she had exoected to find. The last time that they had met she had punched him in the face, which nearly caused a diplomatic incident. But fortune had smiled upon her that day and it had instead removed a rival with Var-Sulis Var-Sulis arresting Arken Dobson Arken Dobson at the request of Heath Valhoun Heath Valhoun . Now if only all of her rivals could be removed so easily...

She gave Red a nod, but then smiled brightly at Pitt. She had quite a fondness for the little pit droid and his cheerful demeanor. "I'm on maitenance duty at the moment. This is my ship. I've got to see what I can do to help. Good to see you too, Pitt. I'm sure the crew will appreciate having you here too."

A cold chill ran down her spine as Jeshi Chade approached, almost being preceded by a slight rocking of the enormous vessel. Her stance widened a little as she kept her balance. The look in his eyes and the way that he spoke of eating her crew didn't sit well with her at all. As far as she could tell, he was probably behind all of this mess. And given the way that he made her body react, Lori knew that he had to be a Sith.

She touched on the Force, using one of the best tricks that she knew, playing with the air particles in front of her to create a ball of Light. Normally she had done this to act as a torch to help her to see in darkness, yet it was her uncle Darlyn Excron Darlyn Excron that had told her of what it could do. If Captain Chade was a Sith than her ball of Light should repel him. "This isn't your hunting ground. But it could be your grave if you treat it as such. I don't know how you got on on board or who you are, but this is my ship and all go by my rules. Got it?"

Rex Valhoun Rex Valhoun 's call to her would get no answer as she was 6 levels below him. Both Lori and Arla were focused on the newest threat, not yet aware of The Echo and the ancient beast that he was awakening.

Alice snuck around the ship, still non lethal in her methods of subduing unexpected threats.

It was so difficult ignoring the urge to kill and maim...she had indulged in the past but strenuous (albeit hesitant) upgrades to her emotional intelligence had made her more hesitant to engage in it, if only out of a sense of self preservation...

Plus, killing people she didn't know had lost its rush as she had grown smarter and she couldn't figure out why.

Sparing people felt odd. Very very odd.

Sleeper holds did most of the work...this gear she wore massively increased her strength, and there were none who could overpower her physically so far.

Hoping to get a fix on the location of the traitor agent, Alice used her newly installed Droid Source Ripper to hack into a security terminal to get an idea of a developing situation...

Her eyes widened under the Stealth Field. Rex Valhoun Rex Valhoun and Loreena Arenais-Valhoun Loreena Arenais-Valhoun were aboard? Greaaaattt...

They were totally in danger and...

...and there was her target out a deck above Loreena's, fighting off crazed crew members.

Alice now had a decision to make. Continue with her mission and probably leave the leaders of the Empire to fend for themselves, risk letting her target get away, let that Sith do something that would kill every one...

...chit... choices, choices...

Reasoning that the target wasn't going anywhere, and that Loreena was in significant danger, Alice decided to err in favor of possibly preserving the life of the Elysium's Leaders. Unfortunately that Sith looked like he was up to something naughty. If he was allowed to complete his ritual, the ship would be destroyed, more than likely, her databases told her.

Alice frowned. She was capable of killing Sith, but this was the wrong gear for it. And she knew neither of her blades could last long against a lightsaber.

Good thing she had planned ahead.

Alice made her way a deck above her, and hidden in a vent, was an emergency scenario.

Alice retrieved a set of Cortosis Arm Braces. It would not provide anywhere near the full protection she would actually be comfortable with, but it was better than nothing. Plus she had other tricks to go on...

Alice then steadily made her way to The Echo 's location within the Kay Arenais, bent on halting and preventing whatever it was that Sith was attempting. Hopefully she could delay him long enough to mess him up...

Along the way, she kept rendering crazed members of the crew unconscious while invisible, until she used her Anti Security Blade to get her into the area he was in. The smell of blood was intoxicating to her. She saw blood writings on the walls. Spells.

Alice had a choice to make. Take any chance to disrupt his ritual and alert him to her presence, or try something risky like get up close and try to stab him.

Alice decided to try and disrupt the ritual. She ran her vibro knife across one set of symbols in a blindingly fast attack, before using the settings on her suit to immediately render the whole area in near pitch black conditions while sprinting for him with the point of her blue laser knife aimed directly at his skull...

"Scorpion One, signing in"

Arth is the new guy here, with him only just joining The Elysium Empire recently. He's basically back to being a grunt all over again, which he doesn't really mind as he never care about ranks if he can feel the adrenaline he crave in combat. But he does feel a bit sad that his old comrades isn't here with him, after what they've been through together before. He wanted to invite them to join him sign up for The Elysium Empire military, but that's for another time as now it is time for him to do his mission given to him.

Arth went along with Alister Athantras team as they insert themselves into the The Ship they were tasked to investigate. They were told it's an ancient ship, so the rules are simple, investigate and don't touch anything. This kind of investigation mission has always been one of Arth assignment, though he doesn't fancy them as sometimes there's not much combat. But when there is one, it's always a hard one which he appreciate and deep inside hopes will be the case in this investigation.

Located behind the rest of the Investigation team, Arth listened closely on the the orders they we're given as per usual to his nature. Once orders are given Arth always follows it to a t, never goes around it, as everything is for the sake of the mission for Arth.

Once the order to move out was given, Arth started to move alongside the others, carefully looking and checking every part of the ship so they don't miss anything crucial. Arth kept his flashlight low and sees primarily through his night vision googles to not only see better but to not attract attention to himself. Moving slowly whilst keeping his gun towards his front view as Arth walks along the halls of the Ship, with so far to find nothing out of the ordinary.

Objective: 1 - Investigate The Ancient Ship
Gear: Sidearm Slugthrower Pistol
Writing With: Arthakk Arthakk

The derelict ship was extremely quiet, with the exception of the few occasional sounds the hull was making against the growing underwater pressure. It was nerve racking and annoying, and it was a feeling I couldn't shake. Unlike the coldness of space, where every is right in front of your face, this spoke of very little unknowns, little variables to work with or through. Here, inside this underwater tomb, every second was evolving us further into unknown territory.

Our entry point, having traversed through the narrow connecting tunnel from our ship to this one, had been through a side panel on the ancient ship, which upon first inspection brought us news this was nothing more than an under sided storage facility. I knew ships, owing a company that produced them, and never have I seen such a design of any modern or past ship with a secret storage compartment. It wasn't the fact it was a hidden area, but the area was massive, and littered along both sides of the walls were large glass tanks; some intact, some in ruins. For the tanks that were still in good shape, I imagine that's the correct description for them, were filled with a cloudy, green liquid. The cloudiness was too thick to see anything inside, and the floors around the tanks that were non-operational left us no clues. The whole scene was disturbing. And there was an unfamiliar smell swirling about.

Outside that room provided us no means of comfort. The corridor, a long and unilluminated greeting, stretch beyond our newly powered up illumination devices, that barely defended us against the complete looming darkness that beckoned and mocked us to dare cross down its throat. I've been doing this for a long time, and I don't need some ancient space wizardry they call the Force to sense the nervousness in my team. I can hear their short, labored breaths, the delicate sounds on the floor made by hesitating footfalls, and the tightening of gloved hands around their weapons. I couldn't fault them for not wanting to move forward, especially after seeing the deep grooves on the inside of the door of that hidden storage facility. Deep grooves made by nothing less than claws.

Normally she had done this to act as a torch to help her to see in darkness, yet it was her uncle Darlyn Excron Darlyn Excron Darlyn Excron Darlyn Excron that had told her of what it could do. If Captain Chade was a Sith than her ball of Light should repel him. "This isn't your hunting ground. But it could be your grave if you treat it as such. I don't know how you got on on board or who you are, but this is my ship and all go by my rules. Got it?"

He nods in agreement to Loreena Arenais-Valhoun Loreena Arenais-Valhoun while slightly raising his right brow, while one arm reached in his inner vest pocket of his black jacket on the left side. He slowly pulls out The Courtrey while staring at the party before him. He then utters lowly. "This is indeed..." And would squint somewhat to the brightened light emitting before him. "Thats a good one love.....However....I'm just trying to itch a scratch here. I'm not interested in YOUR blood...If I were...You'd be dead already...." While continuing to squint he winks over to Subject 73 Red Subject 73 Red . "You're..interesting....I'm looking for the crew members to get a picture of what is going on here....No one's around..." . And with that, it was hard to tell who or what Jeshi was to the untrained eye, but to those that could read or (see) between the lines it was plain as daylight...He was sinister..Malicious...and yet..behind the darkened iris' LOST...

Objective III
Take the Monster, Mold the Monster
HMS Kay Arenais

It was all going according to plan, even better than he could think. The creature itself, guarding the ship in its steed was slowly losing control over its free will. Soon, he will rid of this durasteel coffin that he was currently inhabiting. Voices echoed throughout the hallways but it paid him no heed, he will soon be given great gifts from the monster of the deep!

Then, something unexpected happened, with all the gleeful smile he had, all the optimism he had, he had failed to notice a person had snuck around him. Not only doing that, but disrupting one of the spells as the large creature outside the sunken starship rolled heavily and Echos eyes snapping wide open under his helmet. What the- Then it happened, the place got deathly dark. His own senses felt dulled, portions of his life seemed to be flashing before his eyes and his Force Precognition kept spiking at random intervals till finally, it happened, a decision was made right as he felt something on his helmet.

While Vera Mina Vera Mina got the drop on him early on, she had possibly picked the worst kind of Dark Jedi to have run into, one that was manical, partly insane and having more power than one could imagine. If she had chose him first, the fight may been close to over but instead, she had disrupted the ritual. Badly. While the pitch black darkness kept the room filled, the entire area around her would start being frozen in time, a Stasis Field had erupted with his left hand outstretched. It would affect the whole room and slow her down to a near crawl or keep her still, except himself as his right hand started to slowly glow before snapping his finger as the darkened area was completely brightened back up with a flash of light.

Force-Flash was used, his whole body now illuminated lightly as the darkness could not contain what he just did. Staring directly at the woman...no, some thing he had not been able to determine. The dagger was already into his helmet, having pierced it quite well as it was cracked directly down the middle. Giving an annoyance of a growl, he used the right hand to pull off one of the helmet sections before throwing the other aside. Vera got very close, less than half a inch towards his skull and he would have been dead on the ground. Instead, she was barely outplayed at the last second.

Uncovering him was not an easy feat, in fact most never got to glance at what Echo could be at any given time. However, she now would know and recognize who he was for now. A balding human being, scarred with tattoos and having dark yellow eyes that almost seems to pierce into anyones mind up close. The face he had made right now, was not of anger, but disgust and disappointment. Hidden underneath all that however, was pure hatred. His voice, while controlled, could easily be detected as slowly losing control as the voice was going to be booming, all across the hallways nearby as he started to pace around the room, furious.

"Yoouuuuu....Thing! How dare you ruin over three months of planning! I had to salvage just the worst of it because these dim-witted pilots could not keep itself at bay, but you, you had to ruin the ulterior plan! I do not wish to die once again so soon, in some durasteel coffin so far down the ocean bed floor! I could have gotten us all out of this, floated to the surface and took my prize with me! But Noooooo! You, some....strange anomaly that I can barely sense, I can smell different...you had to ruin all of it!"

As he paced towards the Transparisteel window, a dark shadow was starting to slowly come closer towards the screen. Staring back down at her, either from her moving so slow or being still, he kept speaking, his voice rising in hatred as he started to lose control with his right hand starting to unclip his lightsaber.

"It took over a decade to get this body! Do you know how bad it is to be reborn in four arms?! Being stuck as a rodian half breed?! I will not, I repeat, will NOT be that kind of person again! So to you, from me, I hope the Force takes you into the depths and drains you dry so your corpse can be used as the foundation for the next school of fish!"

Before he can activate his lightsaber, an extremely loud fish like moan would be heard from behind him. The anger in his eyes would instantly drop as it became curiosity, then concern, then turning, he noticed a gigantic body of the monster coming towards him, towards the sunken starship. The face then turned to contempted defeat, looking down as he merely uttered a single word.

"Fuck."

Almost all of the Force Stasis Field would instantly drop inside the room, both hands turning towards the large beast that was heading straight towards them. Giving a howl like scream in pure anger, the monster would start to slow down from the Force as it would still hit the starship and make it shake for a brief moment. Every person on board, would have felt it move and Echo nearly lost his footing, slamming straight into the Transparisteel as the fingers of his pressed onto the glass, partly cracking it. Giving a loud growl, he screamed out, barely looking back as he had to hold the entire creature back with all the power he had in the Force, to keep it from barely moving at all as he tried to keep his hatred and rage focused, to keep himself from letting this beast win.

"THIS! THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT! YOU STUPID, DIM-WITTED, HALF-THING I DON'T KNOW OF!"

The Stasis Field The Echo used did indeed slow her down but not nearly as much as he might have hoped. Due to her improved strength and speed, using this form and this gear made her normally five times faster and stronger. With the field she was only two point five times faster, but it was enough to dodge her at the last second.

Alice didn't struggle against the field studying him. She looked around at the bodies, watching him rant that he could have gotten them out of this predicament. She looked around at the various bodies of crewmen.

"Really, darling, I sincerely doubt the rest of us are even a factor to you." she joked, chit eating grin on her face growing wider as he ranted about dying and getting reborn.

"Don't feel bad, I died too!" Alice taunted, watching the monster outside approach, and The Echo was forced to hold the monster back with all his might. Alice smiled that chit eating smile again, cupping some of the still flowing blood from one of his victims and taking a sip.

She spat it out.

"Ugh. Cold already..." she hissed. She thought about attacking him again but really, this was a golden opportunity.

Alice damaged more of the runes to make it hopefully even more difficult, cackling as he blamed her.

"Really, Sith, trying to control a scary Sea Monster without a back up plan?" Alice taunted. "How was it not going to blow up in your face?"

She deliberately went around damaging more of the runes. Meanwhile, the slew of machine interface upgrades and her Droid Source ripper wirelessly hacked the Ships weapon and power systems, diverted non critical power to firing two of its Underwater turbolasers at the beast...

Two point five times her usual speed and strength. He had not anticipated that, then again, most can only go twice their allocated speed. The taunting, the stupidity of this situation was just increasing with this...thing smiling. The rage inside himself kept building, and building till all at last, he blew a gasket at her last comment.

Know what? Maybe it is time for a new body and this time, he was going to prove a point to this thing. When the Monster in the Deep was fired at, he dropped what he had in the Force and with both arms outstretched towards the door with the other almost breaking the transparisteel glass. Both parts started to creak and before even a blink of an eye, both sides were Force Crushed as water rushed in, preventing all escape as rubble was in their way.

"Just DIE!"

All he said before Force Pulling the entire Monster all at once, smashing it against the starship as the entire section they were in, would collapse. The monsters head itself would smash into the room and cause itself to jam into place of the glass. All the while, Echo would simply vanish from when the Monsters head entered the room as the water engulfed him from the other side. Whatever happened to Vera Mina Vera Mina was now up to her. The starship now had a really big hole in it and a really big monster not stuck in the side of it, with the water now trying to rush all the way into the sunken starship.
