Arianna looked at him. Midgets??

"Yeah ten midgets all carrying ten tiny little dogs" she smiled. "But don't worry I think we will be ok." So that might be mean. To take advantage of him this way she looked out the door then walked to Garith.

"You ok with midgets?" Yes she was milking it.

"Oh no no.no sleeping. Sleeping is bad" Arianna bent down and tapped his cheek she needed him alert. "Garith. I don't know if it's safe. But we are going to leave soon. Don't you want to go home?"

Frak! What was she gonna do. She'd have to get him up she leaned over him grabbing both shoulders ,"come on come to momma" she pulled on his shoulders .

“No sleep”, his check was tapped and he blinked a few times. “Not safe, leave soon, home”, he asked questioningly? Being pulled forward his face got squished on her body. Turning his head he was able to breath again. Moving his legs he started to help Arianna get him up.

Ok awkward he was face first in her...use your imagination. She slid her hands down his arms bracing her foot against the leg of the bed she pulled. "I promise you can sleep later"

Damn he was built! She grunted till he was on his feet. "Ok. Good." She put her arm around his waist and headed to the door seeing no one she moved out.

Another hallway she turned and walked towards that door. She'd rather be running. She kept the blaster handy and kept listening. She wad bearing the door. She heard a crash.

She jerked and turned "company's coming" she pushed through the door. There was a lobby glass windows floor to ceiling. But no people, she git to the Windows she could see out and see them there but how to get out. Fish bowl. That's what it felt like.

Moving again Garith was far more aware of his surroundings. Still he was relying on Arianna greatly. He greater senses were coming too. Company’s coming, he heard. Looking down to his hand he marveled at his will to live. This whole time he had refused to let go of his saber. He look at it, then to the enemy approaching, then to the wall or more importantly what was on the wall.

Snap His The glow of the crimson glow of his blade lit up once more and he swiped at the vet. Striking the vent at a angle the blade carved through it and it fell to the ground. Releasing his thumb from the blade and it deactivated. Taking her closer by squeezing her gently...he dove into the vet his body first. Garith grunted as his body collided with the metal and he began to slide down wards. It was less then a minute tell his back hit a flat surface and he nearly blacked out again from the impact.

Arianna was still onto of him, he absorbing the main blow to his body....then the vent they were on caved way and it fell...it fell right into a parking garage filled with air speeders. Garith however did not notice the speeders taking more notice of the pain through his whole body.

Arianna decided that there was one thing to be counted on right now when it came to Garith, expect the unexpected. So unexpected as the maneuver into the vent she felt her head spin.

The crash onto the speeder garage a stroke or luck or did he know it was there, she didn't care. After a moment or two of laying there catching her breath and trying to focus on her surroundings, her fingers still tightly wrapped around the grip of the blaster she rolled. Garith lay there looking more like death warmed over, this was their chance and she could drive she just needed the right one.

She ran down across and then up, finally spotting a two seater that would do nicely. She jumped in pulled it out bumping the other pods, and coming dangerously close to the ceiling she pulled up, jumped out and began to drag Garith into the pod. This was her workout for the month, and if it kept up it would be the year.

God! She had to turn and put her back into it pushing him into the pod, "goddess help me" She looked at him to make sure he was breathing, "ok, drive time"

Within moments they were out of the garage and moving through Coronet city traffic. She tried to relax she knew she had to get someplace safe, her hotel would be off limits someone probably was watching. She needed out of the way, not frequented and not full of insects.

She'd look back several times to see if anyone was coming. They needed population they needed Treasure Ship Row. Arianna knew the way her stepmother had taken her many times, she was sure she and Garith could hide out there for a bit. There was a place there that offered rooms, they were cheap if she remembered the sign right they rented them hourly.

Traffic was heavy everyone went here you could buy everything and anything on Treasure Ship Row. Ditching the pod still holding Garith up except now people looked they saw drunk, little did they knew that they were going through.

At the desk Arianna just put credits on the counter, "how long will that buy me?" The droid did not blink, "four hours" Arianna great, "good enough, 4 hours" This may not have been her best plan and she was soon learning why the rates were hourly which for some reason made her laugh. Getting into the room Arianna once again put Garith on the bed, "ok big boy, rest all you need I think it will take them a while to find us down here"

She took the chair from the desk and placed it against the door, then she finally sat in the chair that could see the window, and the door, blaster in her lap.

It had been a heck of a day so far. How would she explain all of this, maybe she would not have to.

The impact would have killed a normal man but the Sith Juggernaut absorbed the blow like most men would take a hit to the ribs with a baseball bat. Garith was hurting alright but he was far from dead.

Later..

Laying on the bed he was finely somewhere he could rest. With his energy returning he still needed sleep. Garith feel deep sleep as his body started to slowly recover with the aid of the Force.

Arianna watched the door waiting for someone to touch it, she glanced to the window making sure no drones or droids were hanging out. Then she would look over at the sleeping Garith, his breathing seemed more even. A good thing

The bruises that had showed on his arms seemed to have stopped spreading, how the heck he was still alive amazed her. Whatever it was she wished they could bottle it. He moved in his sleep she got up reaching down she pulled the blanket up some just to cover him to give him some warmth. She looked down into his face. He actually seemed relaxed. With his face finally at peace she could get a look at him, well look at that she thought, the bad guy is good looking. Strong jawline. Square chin. She smiled, tempting fate she reached over to lift a small shock of hair off his brow.

Sometime Later...

Sitting up the man rubbed his eyes before looking around. A motel room, he looked seeing a dive of a room and the woman he rescued and she saved him? “How long have I been out?

[member="Arianna Darklighter"]

Arianna looked down at her chrono she was sitting back in the chair keeping the watch, "about four hours, if you need more rest let me know." She could see a difference in him now a bit more controlled not so suggestive of the unimaginable. Midgets and such.

"it was the best I could do on short notice, your hard to move by myself" She smiled again, she nodded, "So far no one has come to knock the door down, or come through the window. But. I don't think I can go to my hotel, the best thing might be to just take the next transport home." Thankfully no one had come it would have been messy.

"you ready to move?"

[member="Garith Darkhold"]

“I’m ready to move”, he got up out of the bed like he was not even injured. “What part of town are we in? On the south side in the warehouse district is my safe house I was working out of. If we can get there I will have supplies there. Credits, weapons, I even have a transport there. Given it is not a startport leaving could be a situation as it would alert Coreilla defense forces and they will try to stop us based of the fact we are committing a crime. Going to a starport is out of the question though, it is going to be watched by those who had you and are looking for us.”

He walked into the bathroom taking off his shirt and started to get cleaned up.

[member="Arianna Darklighter"]

"WE are near Treasure Ship Row, the warehouse district I think is two or three blocks over from here" She had to think about it the warehouse district was not a place she went too often.

She watched him go into the bathroom, shirtless...what she saw took her off guard. It wasn't his body that had caught her eye it was the tattoo that covered his arms, and the one at the base of his neck across his shoulders.

"Does the ink mean anything? Is it a symbol for something?" She hadn't meant to gawk but how could she not?

[member="Garith Darkhold"]

“It all mean something. Some are of the Sith language and other of the Mando Language mixed with images of both religious believes. Tough the Mando is more of a way of life”, as he spoke he wiped down his body with a wet wash cloth and face.

The he went over to the night stand and pulled out anything he could find. There was some religious pamphlet about the Jedi’s version of the Force, a breath mints, and a laminated list of fast food joints in the area. He had tossed them on the bed, “Nope”, he looked under the bed, “What is this”, he pulled out a suit case. “Sometimes people in these dives have to leave quickly and staff do not clean very well. They are more concerned in cleaning the beds if you know what I mean.”

Opening he found a collection of cloths. Most of them looked like they would be suitable for a woman. One of the items was a sweet jacket. He pulled it out and attempted to put it on. It was a tight fit, it even ripped a bit as he forced it on.”Why don’t you take a look and find something to wear. If you went out there now walked a couple block in this neighborhood you’ll be spotted right away.”

There was the confirmation even though he had said he was bad she had not labeled him a Sith and yet that was what she felt he was telling her. She wouldn't ask now if it hurt if it had he probably wouldn't tell her. "Its very expressive" The scroll work was very expressive the one thing the people of Alderaan could do was appreciate art. She looked at the Jedi book and thought of her sister and all the things she would be saying about this. Good Grief Arianna was going to hide for a week when she got home.

"You might want one of those mints" She looked at him, "just saying" she cared nothing about fast food.

The staff cleaned she didn't know how often, and looking around they had been fortunate to get this one in relatively good shape, they were probably afraid of Garith. Sometimes it pays to have the big bad man with you. She'd have to remember that.

She had started to back up to sit when he tossed a suitcase on the bed. Some one else's clothes..but there could be BUGS!!! she didn't say it, but oh lord she was thinking it. She leaned forward to look down, change into something. She decided to take the manka cat by the tusks and look through it. She found something it looked...what they referred to as vintage. She looked at Garith, picking it up she went into the bathroom. No door, how convenient. Keeping her back to him she slipped out of her clothes. Her back was bare smooth, she slid on the gingham red dress. She felt...like she needed a pitchfork and a red wig.

She tugged it down, it was short.."Maybe this is where the midgets were keeping their clothes" She smiled wondering if he remembered.

"I think they will spot me now and want to lock me up, what do you think?" She stood there..

Upon her request he did eat the mint. He knew what she was hinting, he did need to replenish energy. He was not trying to look but he noticed; there was no door. He decided to do something useful other then stair at Arianna in the bathroom so he went over tot the window. He took his pointer finger and just ever so slightly moved it the side. With a tiny silver of a crack he kept a look out. ‘What does midgets have to do with it”, he turned around to look and judge how she looked.

Turning around he looked. The dress was a bit form fitting, he could easily see her curves more. “I think”, he was sightly nervous. “I like it. People might want to cuff you. No, I mean no never mind” well that came out all wrong. “I think we will blend in public just fine. We should go”, Garith walked over to the door and opened it.

[member="Arianna Darklighter"]

Arianna shook her head, too bad he didn't remember it was funny. "You really think they'd cuff me for this,?" She looked down, "Yea it is a crime to wear this" She started after him, she didn't have anything to take with her, it was all gone now.

"So we're blending in and heading to your hideout?" She suddenly had a thought, why would a Sith be helping her? Should he be trying to manipulate her? Oh maybe he was and she didn't know it.

Or maybe this was all a dream and he was making it happen. OR. She had too big of an imagination. She shook her head, he had eaten the mint. So he did listen to her.

"Down the stairs, and then out the front? or out the back and head down the alley? Which do you prefer?" She stood there still trying to pull the dress down.

[member="Garith Darkhold"]

Awkward, she had meant something else and it was a joke. “No, the police, no”, his checks felt warm, “I thought you were joking about something else because where we found the dress, Errmmmm, yes...out the back”, He looked around the room trying not to make eye contact and tried to make it look like he was looking for something or thinking about something...or something...anything....

He ent to the bathroom and at the window, “I think I can fit through the window”, he opened the window and looked out. It was about a half of a man drop out the back to the ground.

[member="Arianna Darklighter"]

"I am beginning to think you like tight places" She looked at the window and then to him, "I can fit in there, you can, you sure?" She didn't know why he was acting kind of weird, looking but not looking at her. Did she have something on her face, OH NO she hadn't broke out in the last four hours had she!!!

She was going to cringe, ok she wasn't going to think about it, "I'll follow you lead..." Her imagination was going now, she was in a dress that was tight and too short, and now she might have something on her face.
