With a strong mind for both military and numbers thanks to the dual programming of its EB-S droid brain Talus is constantly looking for the most pragmatic way towards a goal. To this end he can often be seen as cold and uncaring, seeing lives as only statistics to be weighed against the importance of an objective. At the same time he does care for his droid brethren, and when non-organic beings are on the line, he will prioritize objectives that would benefit them over a pragmatic approach. He can however come to respect organic soldiers if they live up to his expectations of combat performance, both friendly and enemy. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=9pt]Combat Function: Talus is primarily a commander, observing the troops under him in their performance on the field against enemies and objective from a safe position on the field. That said as all WS droids he is fully capable of engaging in combat himself to considerable effectiveness.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=9pt]Talus was the first produced of his batch of WS Super Battle Droids, selected to command up to a company of troops and trained to observe on the field. While all WS droids are capable of performing in this regard, this is Talus’ primary function above combat. His subordinates collect, analyze, and relay data to him in the field, while Talus remains in a safe enough position to select an optimal route to victory. He displays strong loyalty his creator, but can also be directed to take commands from ranking members of the Free Worlds Coalition when so ordered to.[/SIZE]
