Description:
Another alteration of standard tibanna gas, the XG-02 combines tibanna gas with some rarer gases found throughout the galaxy. Far more unstable than it’s predecessor, the XG-01 series, the XG-02 series is susceptible to heat, pressure, and electrical impulse making it somewhat more dangerous to use and experiment on. The gas cannot hold an electrical charge like the XG-01 line, but retains intense heat and thermal energy, making it primarily useful for militarized applications, though some civilian applications are being entertained.
For the military field, the XG-02 line is being tested for weapon application as an alternative to heavier or more specialized weapons due to its ability to retain thermal energy quite easily. In the civilian world, the gas may have potential for use as fuel for cutting torches or even perhaps as a way to flash-burn or flash-heat items in production. Some theories abound to utilizing it as a method for fast, easy, and simple cooking method in the civilian home, but further tests and safety reviews are required.
