Strengths: The knife is sharp, durable, and withstands high temperatures while retaining its shape. It's clearly unable to survive even a glancing blow of a lightsaber, however.
Weaknesses: You don't bring a knife to a gunfight. Really, don't. And the handle is made of plasteel so if one were to get it hot enough it would melt. Everywhere.
Description: Designed as a fighting knife meant to see combat, and meant especially to deal with the lightly armored or unarmored foe, the combat knives Xzav employs are thirty centimeters in length and just over a third of a kilogram in weight. Made of Duranium and covered, around the hilt, by plasteel, they are both inexpensive and wonderfully useful when needing to stab or cut one's way through an enemy.
