I meant that your metal body and shin coverings are ambient based, as it serves no function to mimic that of say a human being's body temp. So waking up next to you would be the equivalent of waking up on a cold metal floor.
In fact, I adore my droid. He has made a great companion on many solo flights. I'm never bored, when he is chirping and beeping about.
