Accessibility: The Library is difficult to find for a multitude of reasons. The most glaring is, of course, that few people know it even exists. The second is that it is located far away from any traffic or trading mainline of Kaas, hidden away in the middle of the sprawling jungle. The third is that it’s shielded from view and casual detection by powerful illusions put in place by the sorceress Yidhra. The fourth is that even if you get past all that, you still have to deal with the security measures put in place by the founder.
Who just happens to be Valkorion.
Alas, the Library seems to have been established in the period of his late decline, when time and budget were both tight. Thus the defences only amount to the occasional Terentatek roaming the maze of caverns, and a gallery of statues that come alive when faced with an intruder. Compared to an ordinary dungeon, this is of course security aplenty – but considering the capabilities of the Emperor at his prime, the Library got off easy. Most of the Terentatek have already been slain during Yidhra and Vrak's visit, and while the statues will recognize their presence, anyone else is liable to get attacked on sight by two meters of angry stone.
Description: The entrance to the library is concealed by illusion. In truth, it is a jagged, narrow mouth to a jagged, narrow cave. The natural corridor beyond is winding and long, riddled with stalactites, nooks, and collapsed ceilings. There’s rotting terentateks. Imposing Sith statues. Doors. Locks. Mazes. It’s creepy.
Still, it’s worth it. At the end – go towards the light – there lies a spacious cavern. Filled from ground to ceiling with shelves, the library a feast for the eyes of every scholar. The wood is laden with the weight of the books, tomes, scrolls, holocrons, and datapads. Lording over the room from the far corner stands an imposing mahogany desk, alchemized to weather aeons without losing the sheen of its immaculate polish. Arranged upon its spotless surface are a few writing implements. A small, round table behind the desk is home to a brass tray and a crystal carafe filled with brilliant amber liquid.
Man. Just imagine the going price for that liquor now.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
The Library is believed to be established by Valkorion himself, the greatest Sith Emperor of all time. This of course means that the wealth of knowledge contained in this place is priceless, describing events, people, and technology now lost to war and time. Brief allusions and passages in the records describing the life of the Emperor of the Sith had eventually led Yidhra Dottash and Vrak Nashar to the library. They had fought through its timeless defences to uncover the treasures contained within, and decided they were too valuable to share with others.
That’s Sith for you.
